This place used to be called dozen Street. On 12th Street. Cute. Outer heaven has become a cool dance night for the University crowd especially, but a fun place to hang. Have a drink, perhaps some karaoke. A good spot if you don't want to get into the dirty of downtown.
Had a lot of at a birthday here last weekend! We went on a a Thursday night after it’d been raining, and there weren’t many people around until about 10:30/11PM when I snuck away.The DJ is great and she also sang songs. There are regulars who come to jam out, and we enjoyed their friendliness! The four stars is because they don’t have too many R&B artists in the repertoire! We only saw 3 or 4 Beyonce songs, hardly any Frank Ocean, Brent Faiyaz, etc. If there were more R&B...read full review

Great atmosphere! I was well taken care of here. The drinks are great and the dance floor is perfect for letting loose after a long day. Good playlist to get down to over here!
