“My husband has always been a fan of Papa John's and their delicious pizza. However, I've had to deduct one star because of recent issues with their delivery service. Since they started using DoorDash for deliveries, we've experienced several problems with getting our pizzas on time. Unfortunately, on a few occasions, our pizzas have arrived cold. Additionally, one time the driver left the pizza on the porch without ringing the bell, so who knows how long it had been sitting there before we noticed it. Despite these delivery issues we will continue to order pizza from this location. I hope Papa John's can resolve these problems soon.“
“TL;DR Don't trust the app, pizza was tasty!
We were notified our order was ready for pickup and when we arrived, we were told it would be another ten minutes, but it was more like 20 more minutes of waiting. Don't trust the app.
Pizza was HOT and tasty. We also had the cookie which was not the best, would try another dessert next time.“
“Ordered the night before for 7 pizzas to be ready by 11am the next day. Called to be sure this wouldn’t be an issue and was assured that it wouldn’t be. Pizza was ready early and when I went in to pick them up Lizzie was really helpful and courteous, offered to double cut the 7 pizzas since I told her it was for my kiddos school and offered plates.“
“Online order was ready when promised and went to pick up pizza the cheeseburger pizza was fantastic! The person working was only one man, and he was really impressive with making the pizzas and handling the walk-in customers and friendly to boot! Very happy overall for the great pizza and the pickup process!! Highly recommend this place ❤️“
“I've been going to this location for years. Went in a few days ago and saw an entirely new crew of workers. It was mostly young people, but unlike a lot of young workers, they were very courteous and professional, just like what I'm used to at that location. I'll definitely be back.“
“It is carry-out or delivery only. Sure there is more artisan pizza in Austin, but Papa John's is quick, affordable, and tastes good. If you live or work nearby then it's great.
Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza....olives, spinach, mushrooms, onions, the normal stuff“
“If there was a 10 for SERVICE, I WOULD PUT IT.The Manager here at this location HANDLES Problems better than their WHOLE Customer Support Line at the moment I had the problem.Long story short, not only Their Manager But the Employees Here Deserve raises after what I've experienced tonight. THEY have showed me there is a LITTLE Bit of True "Community" left still I this world.Thank YOU Mr Manager and Crew Tonight you have made me more Appreciative of the Community I call Home.'And to the CUSTOMER SUPPORT that will see this and try to make it up to me, I Don't Want It! “This store doesn’t deserve its bad reputation, hidden gem. Ordered over 10+ times and they are by far the best here in the North side. Not super far from store but delivery is ALWAYS timely and order is never wrong. Hungry and want good pizza for not an outrageous price, give them a chance“
“Well I ordered my pizza around 5pm ish on Halloween night and they said it would be ready between 6:30 & 6:44pm..I show up to the location around 7:15pm and my order was no where near ready! I wanted to be made and pissed 😤 off..but I saw the stress on the workers faces..so stood there waiting for another 35 minutes or so for my order! I didn't want to add more stress to their lives!“

“I had mistakenly placed 2 orders, one I had issues cancelling but I gave them a call last minute and explained I had been trying to cancel order and they were super chill about it. Went to pick it up and gave us both orders. Super nice workers!“
“The six cheese pepperoni and sausage is phenomenal. This is the third Papa Johns I've ordered this, and every time it is loaded with cheese; the crust is perfectly done, and the flavor of the pepperoni and sausage goes great with these six cheeses. I picked up from the store, and they had it all ready for me when I got there. I highly recommend getting extra garlic butter. It does great with this pizza.“

“I don’t know what people are complaining about on here seems like that’s what a lot of people like to do honestly I love it here and I’m an employee my bosses take care of us making sure we are ok food is delicious they’re very respectful towards customers and us they do their best with customers I’ve never been so happy at a job as I am with this one“

“Dang, the reviews on here are BRUTAL. My experience was nothing like what I have read. The owner was so nice and the food was DELICIOUS. We got a Italian sausage pizza and the meatball papadilla. Crust, toppings ... On point. This is definitely our new go-to neighborhood pizza joint.“
“I stopped going to Papa John’s in California…always a bad experience. Stopped going in Las Vegas, always bad. Tried the PPJ’s here in Austin and everything was perfect! Gave them another shot…perfection! I’ve used them at least a dozen more times and they have yet to disappoint even a little. They have never forgot a sauce or anything else and have always been real quick. Thanks guys!!“
