“Staff is really nice and pizza was great! They messed up the pizza but remade my order and gave me the one they messed up on for free. What was funny is that they still left the sausage off the remade pizza but I didn’t notice until after eating my second slice and I wasn’t going to bother ? overall great pizza and great service!“

“So whoever delivered my pizza from door dash, put the pizza at my door and didn't even knock... I called Papa Johns and spoke to a young man who didn't hesitate to replace the pizzas... I called back to get his name but wasn't able to but I was calling him back to thank him... “The food in my experience has been consistently tasty and fairly well made. There was a period where they couldn't seem to keep certain beverages in stock but I believe that was due to some staff changes and issues with supply orders. On the one or two occasions there was some error with the order, they were willing to rectify it“

“The pizza was absolutely delicious!!! I wish I would’ve taken pictures. I had given up all hope for Papa John’s for years because of the poor quality . But the pizza is definitely way better now. “Had a wonderful experience late night on a Saturday. Despite how busy it was, staff kept big smiles on their faces, took their time to work diligently, and still got my food to me before I was expected to pick it up. Everyone here is always so polite and kind, even fun to talk to, and they were eager to help answer any questions I had about the menu and offered toppings. My pizza was perfect, with the exact amount of cheese, bacon, and onions anyone could ask for. If I could rate higher I absolutely would.“

“I just wanted to leave a shout out and many thanks to the Papa John’s team on 1/22/26 today for lunch. I placed a large order online through Door Dash a few days prior. I was unaware that the current interface between Papa John’s and Door Dash would not alert the team due to store opening/timing of the order. Not happy with the Door Dash online ordering with that scenario, but Papa John’s came through and were able to deliver the order in time for lunch. I had a special request to make my pregnant fiancée’s day a little brighter, and the team at this location absolutely delivered. “I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. The inspection score was 100, everything looked really clean, we were acknowledged as soon as we walked in, service was extremely polite, pizzas were exactly the way we ordered them and very tasty. They made sure our extra sauce was given to us. Oh, and the order was finished in the estimated time given.“

“I traveled from Mexico to this place just for its pizza. I don’t know why Papa John's doesn’t dominate the pizza market—its pizzas are absolutely delicious. I’ve missed them since they closed in Mexico. Every time I travel to the U.S., I always have to visit a Papa John’s. Never change, guys—you’re awesome.“

“These guy’s are amazing. If you want a better experience I would recommend you make it easier on them and order ahead of time online. You can get more discounts that way anyway. The staff is super nice, willing to work with my special requests, and always make good pizza. 5 stars!!!!

“I waited an hour for my order but it was after 5 on Halloween! I should have known they would be slammed. But I paid for my order and waited patiently. On the plus side, I knew my order was fresh and warm!!

I forgot to order extra sauces and when I asked the girl got rude telling me I should have ordered them and theyre not free etc. Like, I was fully expecting to pay for them I just forgot to add to the order, but I guess she thought I was wanting them for free. Visited this store on friday night to pickup a doordash order and another doordasher cut the line and shoved their phone in morgans face. Instead of getting frustrated he remained patient and handled the other dasher with patience and respect even after being disrespected. “I’m a long time customer here, I come almost every weekend to pick up my kids a stuffed crust pizza. I guess I come so often, everytime I walk in the employees never even as my name, just hands me my pizza 😂. I swear, they hook it up on the cheese everytime, unlike other places skimping on their damn cheese. Highly recommend this papa John’s. But just a tip, order online then wait awhile to go pick it up, weekends sometimes are busy, as expected for a pizza joint.“
