Papa John's in Austin

“I didn't take a pic bc kids took it from me. Everything was good just didn't have extra sauce
*******+Had to update another review and more pix. I ordered another Pizza. It over cooked and I don't know how but first time I had a pizza hurt the roof of my mouth lol. Even thou that sounds crazy it did. They added extra sauce but only to the edge of the pizza. I did get cheese sticks and they were perfect. I didn't get a chance to take pix bc I drop the box and they fell on the floor.“

“I worked with a Great person. Her name was Janelle. Very knowledgeable great personality and helped me find good deals for my order and I wanted to make sure that there was extra sauce on my pizza and she personally went over and told the cooks this is what I called. Good customer service. Keep it up.“

“Amazing Emily the Gmanger we call her service with a smile very polite, very fresh, all the time.Very well organized store. She is an amazing person.Thank you so much. And I hope that this gets well recognized within the company because my son eats Papa.John's every day and we have not been treated so nicely at other stores.William cannon is an amazing store also“

“They did a wonderful job! We placed a large order for the reception, and the manager called that morning to confirm all the details. Everything was delivered on time, set neatly on the tables, and the pizzas still tasted great even after an hour. Such a responsible and reliable store!“

“I ordered DoorDash through the Papa John’s app and never received my food. I went to the store location and both of the workers I encountered were kind and helpful. Not only helped replace my stolen/lost order, they gave me a free pizza for the inconvenience. I ordered a heart shaped pizza and they did not disappoint. Super cute, uncut however. Great experience and super friendly people! My only one complaint is when I called the store, no one picked up. Even after calling numerous times.“

“Had to edit my original review for this location. They must have gotten new management and better employees since we first tried this location and experienced numerous missteps.

I've gotten pick up orders several times in the past few months and got possibly one sub par pizza (regular crust with a stretch hole in the pizza). Forgot how much tastier the thin crust is and it has been consistently good. Cheese sticks are also always yummy now and delicious. The new salted caramel brownies are really tasty.

Employees are always friendly and polite and they've gotten the orders correct every time now.

These guys are also super fast as our pickup orders are usually ready within about 10 minutes of the order being placed. Great job!

If you haven't tried them out in a while because of bad experiences in the past, I highly recommend you give them another chance.“

“I hadn’t had Papa John’s in years, and I’m so glad there’s one in the neighborhood now! Ava was super friendly and gave me the best deal she could. The pizza came out perfect, the wait wasn’t long at all, and honestly, I think it was even a little better than Little Caesar’s. Definitely happy to have a place with such friendly employees—will be back for sure!“

“Spoke to a manager named Alissa she was very professional and communicative about the different varieties of toppings i was wanting to put on my pie the store looked insanely busy regardless the manager and workers are hard workers! I will for sure come back here!“

“In the past management wasn't on point when visiting there. Manager Vic was great!!! She cook the pizza well done grate crispyness and quality from what we were used too. I hope when the school season kicks in they will have Vic around to keep everyone in line.“

“I am an older gentleman...I'm not good with my fancy computer phone . I was supposed to order on the app to get the discount...I just didn't want to download another app..it's crazy..no menus anymore..but the nice lady helped me an gave the app price so I bought extra pizza and left her a tip...“

“I arrived for pickup in the estimated ready time on the app but the guy said they were short staff and it would be another 20 minutes, then when I went back he said they messed up one of my pizzas and forgot the cheese so they were remaking it, another 10 minutes. The food was good when I finally got it but the wait was too long.“
