“I think our waitress was overwhelmed or forgot we had ordered food. But, we were finishing up a game of pool and planned to leave. So we requested to cancel the food order as it had already been almost 20 mins (if not more. Idk how long before we actually ordered) The manager looked at the time from when the server put in the order and decided not to allow us to cancel because the food was done and it had only been 19 mins and that's normal. We were visiting from out of town. So it's not like we will be repeat customers. But, I would say the way it was handled felt unprofessional. The food was old and had sat in the window for a while. We were not there to argue. So we went about the rest of our game and left.

I would just venture to say that it could have been handled better. Instead my friends felt it was met with attitude. The only time we saw our server was when she took the order for the 1 drink and food. No refills or anything after that until she was approached to cancel. Again it was busy in there. I have been a server at many different establishments. I get it.. The manager should have stepped in to talk to us instead of sending the waitress to say her manager is not taking it off because 19mins isn't a long time. So again not a bad place. Didn't wait long for a table or anything. We enjoyed the environment.“

“I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! It's so fun, welcoming, and easy to vibe in. The GM Sam is attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to talk to. The regular bar staff is also very sweet, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place for any sporting event, company party, or just a general hangout with friends. “Was in Austin for a few hours before catching a flight, and i wanted Texas BBQ. Coopers was recommended by a bartender, and he was spot on. Brisket was perfectly done, slaw was amazing and I can’t find the words to accurately describe how good the jalapeño bacon Mac n cheese was. Topped it off with a local lager and it was amazing lunch. TOP NOTCH!!!!!“

“The bartenders are always on point with service, they are funny & very welcoming. They have a good variety of drinks and I just found out they have chilled coffee! I love to go there and play their Firelink games, so much fun! I had an issue with the money machine one time and the owner was just so super sweet and checked it out for me. The place is always clean and smells great! The atmosphere is unbelievably fun with a great variety of music being played on their digital jukebox. There is no food served there anymore, so I cannot leave review on that. Everything else is fantastic!“

They have a taco truck and a BBQ joint, unfortunately the bbq joint was closed on the day me and some friends went to watch the World Series, so we ate at the taco truck (which was slightly over priced in my opinion).“

This place is such a hidden gem. Everyone talks about the bar, but do NOT sleep on the food in the back — it is next level.

Everything I ordered was insanely fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The dishes were rich, perfectly balanced, and honestly some of the best bites I’ve had in Austin in a long time. You can tell real care and intention goes into the food, not just cocktails.

“Purely Authentic! Possibly my favourite pub outside of Ireland! I had the pleasure of meeting with John and Steve the owners of the bar on this trip. I got a full tour. But what blew my mind was that the WHOLE pub, decor and all, is from DUNDALK!! From the doors to the bar, the snugs to the windows, everything in the bar was made in Dundalk Ireland and shipped over! Owners that actually care about the little details! I’m so grateful for the time and stories they shared with me about the pub!

You simply can’t go wrong for food here! From breakfast to dinner, any ingredient that can be Irish, is irish! Then the drink! The most important drink of all, a good Guinness and oh my god do they do it well! When you ask for a pint, you get a proper pint! And most importantly, it’s Consistent!

I first was introduced to B.D.’s on last years trip and I remember driving up and hearing “Mo Salah! Mo Salah, running down the winnngg!!”. Little did I know I was about to walk into Austin’s Liverpool supporters club home base! It was closest you could get to being at Anfield with the atmosphere those guys created on match days! This trip we specifically caught an early game to see if the turn out would still be the same and I definitely underestimated the fan base the Reds have in Austin! That was magic! There is even a permanent tribute to DJ20 up on the walls inside!
