“I have never had a bad meal at any of the Eddie V's and last night was no exception. We started out the crab cake and the calamari both were excellent but the calamari was by far the best I have ever had. My 22oz bone in ribeye was cooked to perfection and the sides were the mash potatoes and the grill asparagus which were delicious and enough for 5 people. And the bananas Foster was amazing! I also want to thank Charlie our server who was spot on and also funny.“

“The food was delicious and we loved being able to order a bunch of sides to dine family style. While there was no smaller steak portion than 16oz, my husband and I happily shared it and it was more than plenty for 2. The waitress was great, super attentiive and patient with a group of 8 who did a lot of talking before being ready to order. The rolls and jalapeno cornbread were delish, the green beans amazing and the macaroni and cheese was decadent. We loved the desert..sad the carrot cake was out, but the pumpkin cheesecake was delicous as was the montrosity of tiramisu chocolate cake. The ambiance was great and we enjoyed being very relaxed and not rushed to enjoy the conversation and the dinner.“

“Last night, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse, and from start to finish, it was an outstanding experience. While the food certainly lived up to expectations, it was the exceptional service—especially from Jerfer and David—that truly made our evening memorable.

From the moment we arrived, both Jerfer and David made us feel welcomed and taken care of. They were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about ensuring we had a great time. Their timing was impeccable, and they were always nearby when we needed anything, yet never overbearing.

The classic Brazilian steakhouse experience—endless cuts of perfectly grilled meat, brought straight to the table—was delicious, but it's that high level of hospitality that elevated the night. It's not often you encounter staff who go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect, and both Jerfer and David did just that.

“The food and service were impeccable. We had a a terrible expense at a competitors and left without ordering, we came to Dean’s and they seated us in the bar right away and proceeded to make our experience 10/10.“

“Great food again. They overbooked the reservations so we didn't get seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time. Bar was so busy we couldn't get a drink after waiting 15 minutes. The manager got a round for our group after I expressed my frustration about these service lapses which was a nice gesture.“

“PERFECT!!! That's what describes last night's experience at Bartlett's. My wife ordered the Fish and Shrimp with a small Caesar salad and I got their Famous French Dip sandwich. “We come to Bob's for all our special occasions for the last 10 years. The food, as always, was amazing. BUT - we were there for our 47th wedding anniversary with my brother and sister-in-law. When I made the reservations I noted the anniversary. We have ALWAYS gotten a card on the table signed by all staff for any special occasion. This time there was none. We also have always been offered dessert for our special occasion. This time - NOT!. When we mentioned to our waiter about our celebration he asked if we wanted celebratory champagne. He brought 2 - not 4-????? Have to wonder if that should have been offered at all if you weren't bringing for the entire party. Seriously, how much could 2 more glasses of champagne cost you and it seemed really cheap for a high class restaurant. Although the food was wonderful - the experience not so much this time. First time I have been dissappointed.“

“This is easily one of the best restaurants and best filet mignons I have ever eaten. I can't say enough!!! Dress up, go here!! Awesome wine list, menu, waitstaff. My only negative would be even though they post their dress code, which is perfectly sane for this 4-5 star restaurant, there are always one or two mongrels who didn't bother. Looked like they were headed to McD's? Dairy Queen? So....Eddie....enforce your dress code at the door??? Other than the above, this was a class act. We Will be back!!!!!! And soon.“

“The steaks we got were ok not as good as I expected from a steakhouse but I will say we did get the cheap steak. Now the ribs on the other hand were amazing. Best pork ribs i think I've had and the mashed potatoes were very good as well and super creamy. The buffalo sauce for the wings i think would be better without what seemed like possibly lime but may have been something else. Just had a zestiness to it that has a hint of lime i think and that killed it for me but the wings alone were great. Definitely get the bread and butter it is good. The soda machines seemed to add to much carbonation so the soda were bad tasting but they wouldn't listen to the wait staff when they told them. The waitress we had was awesome and the best wish we could have tipped her more“

“I recently celebrated a special occasion with a party of 10 at Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our waiter, William, was incredible—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each entree was cooked to perfection; I had the Steak Diana and my husband had the Fried Elk and both of our entrees were incredibly delicious. We also had several of their appetizers and desserts, all were delicious. We were also pleasantly surprised by how quickly our meals arrived—only about 30 minutes after we ordered for a party of 10 on a Friday night! The large portions were more than enough to satisfy everyone, and I don’t think a single person at our table managed to finish their plate. Even though we couldn’t see Lake Travis due to it being late at night, the low lighting of the restaurant created a warm and intimate atmosphere. Their menus were easy to read, even in the low lighting, as they light up upon being opened. We were seated at the back of the restaurant and the floor-to-ceiling windows showcased the stunning lights of the Hill Country. We had a reservation for 7 PM and were seated right on time, which is always appreciated. Steiner Ranch Steakhouse has definitely earned its five stars, and I can’t wait to return for another amazing meal. Highly recommend!“

Sit at the bar and order the crab cakes, seared ahi tuna with wasabi, steak sampler with Maker’s Mark bourbon and jalapeño horseradish. The brownie and the tres leches are to die for. “With our four grown children enjoying Thanksgiving with their in-laws, we decided to try the special 3-course Thanksgiving Dinner at Ruth Chris downtown location. It far exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional (Makenzie and the Wine Manager), attentive and unrushed. The turkey dinner was fabulous, and we were even sent home prepped leftover Take Home packs. Would highly recommend this over expensive hotel holiday buffets that charge twice as much.“
