Considering most dishes are made to order, Sukjai is fast, the food truck staff is super friendly, and the food has consistently been served up piping hot and delicious! I'm currently enjoying the N3. Pad See-Ew and the meat-to-noodle-to veggie ratio is spot on!

Dang do they make their food spicy! This is probably the spiciest Thai food we have had. We are pork fiends and ordered all of our dishes with pork which they cook so well. We have done both takeout and delivery and both times the food was great.
