I go to this Taco Bell once or twice a week. This is definitely the last time I go here. The last two times I quickly grabbed food my orders have been completely wrong. I’ll be sure to check the food every time I go to another Taco Bell from now on.I ordered 5 dollar box. What I got was 2 hard tacos a chicken chipotle melt and a chicken and cheese taco, even after the whole staff had to have a meeting over the order. It was all just okay, nothing terrible, nothing exceptional. It was just a regular run to taco, which is fine, not all taco bell runs need to be exceptional. But this particular day I went to try the new cheese covered taco. MY ONLY COMPLAINT, they need to make the cheese in the outside crispier, not just melted, ya know? Give us the texture.

I highly recommend going in person to ensure accuracy and quality. This has been my go-to store for lunch breaks and today I received the wrong coffee, and the other one for my coworker was missing entirely. Plus, the chips looked like they were the crushed up remnants of the bottom of a bag. Thoroughly disappointed.
