Roux was burnt in the gumbo so bad I couldn't eat it and they would not take off the bill. Crawfish etouffee and fried crawfish tails were very bland. Had to request drinks were made wrong, and automatically added 20% gratuity to the bill because it was over $100. Bill was $189 for 2 people and was not very good. Nothing close to the Sam's boat I remember in Houston or Conroe. Please stop passing these cajun dishes off as Gumbo and Etouffee. It's an insult.
