I'm waiting for a supervisor to contact me back in reference to the City of Austin RENT Assistance Program, and the customer service I received from Taylor Wilkes and Lauren Gray. I tried to contact Kirsten Siegfried; however, the office is closed and I am unable find her contact information currently. I will keep trying to contact someone at the office who can assist me because Ms. Gray has failed to return any of my attempts to contact her and Ms. Wilkes refuses to give me anything...read full review
