I've noticed in the past year (after eating here for 3 years) that it has become more consistent for me to not receive the correct order. I can't even let the staff know that I didn't get something or that i received another person's order because they are always understaffed and for some reason they never know how to speak english. They obviously can read enough to know what is on the order but they can't communicate anything beyond that and it's frustrating. A loss of $2-5 dollars...read full review

Literally NEVER has full menu in stock. Drink machines never ever have ice, and the place is always a wreck. Staff literally cannot keep up with the amount of students who come here to eat every evening. The restaurant is far too small to be serving this many students and waaayyyy too small to be operating 24hrs. Most of the time they don’t have utensils, sauces, or key parts of sandwiches in stock. Wendy's, located near Gregory Gym at the University of Texas at Austin, offers convenient long hours and reliable food. Although the quality is just okay, it's a welcome option after a workout. Orders are accurately fulfilled, and despite some cleanliness issues, the staff is friendly. It's a good spot for a quick, affordable bite.
