“I don’t know what Rachel was saying, but I had the best service at a wing place ever. Super welcoming, accommodating, and kind. Wings were perfect amount of crispness and the wings were very tasty. Fries were fresh and the food came out in a timely manner. I also noticed they have a great togo system which is rare. Malik took great care of us, but everyone was very kind that shift.“

We were a bit concerned due to the lack of 2025 reviews and the average Yelp rating, but Google reviews were slightly better, so we decided to give it a try. We placed an online order, and it was ready for pickup by the time we arrived.

3-Piece Crispy Tender Combo ($9.99) + Cajun Fried Corn Upgrade ($0.60): This combo includes chicken tenders, a sauce, a side, and a drink. We chose the sweet chili glaze for the tenders—it was flavorful and surprisingly kept its crispiness despite the sauce. The Cajun fried corn was well-seasoned and nicely balanced by the natural sweetness of the corn. We went with honey mustard for the dipping sauce and sweet tea for the drink. Unfortunately, the tea was warm and tasted like it came from the bottom of the canister.

3-Piece Crispy Tender Combo ($9.99): For this one, we picked the hot honey rub, which is marked as 3 out of 5 flames—but it was intense! They were generous with the rub, delivering a bold umami heat that was almost overwhelming. I actually preferred this flavor over the sweet chili. The veggie sticks paired nicely with ranch, but the Minute Maid lemonade had a strange taste and so we ended up tossing it.

Overall, the tenders exceeded expectations and tastes better than their wings, but the drinks were disappointing.“

“Recently moved from Houston and have been liking for a wingstop location replacement. This is the spot. Especially tonight 8:48 pm on 9/11. The cashier working at the front has GREAT customer service. Very professional! Had a small rush and he talked to everyone with respect. Overall, this location is now my favorite to come. Speed, customer service and the quality of the food.“

“I went on the 25th, the host Brandon was super friendly and whatever he's making isn't enough. The wings were good but the fries were a mush and limp. First time I went the fries were much better so maybe someones new or they just took em out early but overall a good experience.“

The wait is never longer than 30 minutes during a rush and the restaurant is kept clean, organized and service is always friendly! Compared to other locations in the city, this one is always the best option. The assistant manager Tiffany is great! She is always involved and helpful with assisting her team and customers. You can really tell she keeps the restaurant organized and in great shape. Go Tiffany! 🤗“

“Hands down our most favorite Wing Stop in all of Austin. James, in particular, is one of the best customer service employees we have ever encountered. His smile, his attention to detail and most importantly the fact that he walks around the whole restaurant asking if everyone is doing ok (which most Wing Stops locations don’t do) is what sets this location apart from all the other ones in THE state. James is the exemplary Wing Stop Employee that should set the bar for all other franchises. As always the food was amazing.“

“I get the same thing every time, the meal combo of 20 wings and some fries for $16.99. Always mango habanero.
As usual, the wings are crispy and flavorful, my mouth hurts in the best way, and yet again I am so happy to order from this specific store. The staff are always so nice and helpful and I look forward to saying hi while in store.
