“Dawg yalls wings are always good but ordering carry out to then go and sit inside for 25 minutes after the amount of time on the app? Idk if it’s the app setting crazy fast times or what but hopefully someone fixes that. Cuz this is like the 5th time in a row“

“I got takeout today, 10/29/25 at around 10 pm. The last 3-4 times I've gotten Wingstop (other locations)- unseasoned fries, way crazy greasy wings that were unevenly coated, it's enough to make a man cry. At this Wingstop, I don't know who made my food, but they've made my night, Amen, LORD. These fries are perfectly seasoned and evenly coated, no skimping on the parmesan, this is all I have ever wanted. If whoever made this is reading, I love you. That guy should be CEO or something. Great service, quick, perfect experience.“

“This particular wingstop is very close to me and my boyfriend’s job and we love going here for lunch! The wait is never longer than 30 minutes during a rush and the restaurant is kept clean, organized and service is always friendly! Compared to other locations in the city, this one is always the best option. The assistant manager Tiffany is great! She is always involved and helpful with assisting her team and customers. You can really tell she keeps the restaurant organized and in great shape. Go Tiffany! 🤗“

“The food is good and the staff also I hope the manager is rude with no education with the workers and with the customers the staff and customers deserve good treatment it is the worst garbage that a restaurant can have a manager like this guy“

“Hands down our most favorite Wing Stop in all of Austin. James, in particular, is one of the best customer service employees we have ever encountered. His smile, his attention to detail and most importantly the fact that he walks around the whole restaurant asking if everyone is doing ok (which most Wing Stops locations don’t do) is what sets this location apart from all the other ones in THE state. James is the exemplary Wing Stop Employee that should set the bar for all other franchises. As always the food was amazing.“

“I wasn't feeling well, I had been out all day and I needed something to eat. I got there barely hanging on, I could feel my blood sugar dropping really fast. I was getting light headed and confused. I should have never let it go like that. Anyway, the cashier asked me to sit down and she was so kind! She helped me to figure out what to order and fast. Also, I needed some juice quick, so the only thing we could come up with was the Orange HiC. Lol. It did the job, along with the enormous boneless wings and celery/carrots. I wish I hadn't forgotten her name. She was so wonderful. Thank God we were alone in the restaurant. There were tons of Door Dash drivers though coming in and out. Lol“
