Wingstop in San Antonio

“Karoline is the best!! We are regulars at this location. She already knows what we get!! She always is in happy mood and very welcoming once we arrive. As we eat our food she’s friendly and very attentive to all the customers that walk in. Sad to hear your leaving San Antonio!“

“The staff was very polite and helpful. The place is clean and looks like it’s well run. I’m not a huge fan of wings but wingstop is great. The food is good and u don’t have to deal with the annoying bar atmosphere or the cheap fake chicken from fast food places. I can’t speak for every restaurant but I do recommend this one“

“Take notes from this Wingstop, Corpus Wingstops.
This place is so clean and the environment is very inviting. The girl at the register was great also. The wings weren't over fried. The vegetables were fresh cut good and crips. Fries were actually long good and crisp and not just ends and pieces like the wingsstops give you in Corpus.
Hands down, a great wings place.“

“Went in on 06.07.26 right before 8pm. The girlie in the front has been the most sweet and authentic person I’ve interacted with in service in a very long time. And her makeup was on point too all while making sure everyone and everything was good!! Thank you for being a good person!“

“5 stars. The staff (Night Team) at the Fredericksburg (Medical Area) location came through in a big way tonight! I came in right before closing while visiting my grandma, and they were kind enough to take my order without rushing me. Super grateful for the outstanding service and great food!“

“This is the Wingstop is by far the best. I usually go to the one on Austin hwy. Never again.
I was greeted by Stephanie. Very friendly, fast service.
The food fresh! Usually the fries are soggy, not here. Crispy and delicious. Same for the wings.
I will definitely be coming back! 😀“

“I want to give the biggest shout out to the one who took my order and cashed me out. Her name is Yisdra!!!! and she was such a great employee. She greeted me when I came in with a nice smile. Asked me how my night was going. She took my order with so much kindness, and she even enlightened me about the good deals that were going on that I actually ended up taking her decision of and when I got home, it sure did feed the family, they were full from the chicken and fries. She told me that it would be a little bit of a wait time which I completely understood. I mean it is a Friday night. And it is the 2nd of the month so I know payday was there and the place was also busy. I would recommend wingsop on desivala anytime.I love the customer service that specific location has, and they just really made you feel welcome.I was even offered a drink because of the wait time!!!!! now, what place offers a free drink when we the customers are waiting on the food to be ready. Thank you so much for your kindness Yisdra!!!! I hope you get recommended for this. You truly do deserve it. 😄 keep up your great customer service. It is well noticed and appreciated 👏 💐 🥳 😀“

“I come here every once in a while and they’ve always been very timely with getting the food done. Always super welcoming, and the vibes are great inside too. I’ll keep coming back for sure and recommend anyone else to as well!“

“We had dinner at Wingstop at S. New Braunfels Ave. and we were assisted by an employee by the name of Francisco. He was very professional very friendly, welcoming very attentive. Wingstop is lucky to have a great employee like Francisco. He should be given a raise for his excellent customer“

“I was honestly going to give less than 5stars 3 the most!! but shout to Miguel the manager from the zazamora location for making things right for my order.I had my order set for 11:15 when I arrived everything was ready except for the frys when I got home I noticed my wings weren't the correct way I ordered and ive never had an issue with location once out of past several months attending this location and when I called to discuss this issue Miguel fixed it to the T and then some THANKS MIGUEL I greatly appreciate the love for your customers and understanding my issue I'll definitely be back hes the reason this location got a 5star review 🫡“

“Oddly, wing size is a little inconsistent at all Wingstops, as is the amount of sauce used. I would have rated this 4.5 stars of it had been an option but went with 5 because it is in my regular rotation. It's a solid weekly treat that doesn't break the bank.“

“Great phone customer service from Lillian and in person she was very courteous when confirming our order. We were coming from a graduation late on Wednesday and she made our celebration dinner that much easier. thank you for excellent customer service.“

“On Friday, October 3, 2025, at 5 p.m.
I went with my family, and we really enjoyed this Wingstop. Unlike others we've visited, here they make the fries and wings perfectly cooked. Excellent service and a very clean place. Thank you so much!!

Update: November 12th at 4pm, still the same, everything is excellent!! Thanks!!“

“I walked in the store and found the two best casheers in the world they served me and it was thw best servise unlike buffalo wild wings and the food qas the best food i had since 40 years, i will be visiting this location again in the near future.“

“Shout out to Brian who waited on us tonight at Wing-stop on Nachodoches Rd. Great attitude and very friendly. This young man is going somewhere with that attitude and personality. Thank you for the smile and great personality. Service was excellent and Food was excellent. 👍😁“

“Yansi remembered my name. I’m so happy when ordering from here. I haven’t had issues when ordering online or in restaurant. I will avoid DoorDash as much as possible because I’ve had bad experience with DoorDash orders, either wrong order or even had someone else’s big order delivered.“

“Me and my kids went to go eat afterschool and placed our order with Ms Barbara . She is sooooo sweet, personable . He made us feel Welcomed and we have never felt this way at Wingstop . Sitting down eating listening to her interact with the other customers brought a smile to my face . Thank you Ms Barbara“

“I usually come here to hide from my coworkers; but there is an extremely nice and likely extremely underpaid lady with red hair that provides unbelievably high quality service. She has helped me navigate the menu, offered stellar suggestions, and provides unbelievably high quality food, especially compared to other stores. I have seen her professionally navigate tough customers, high volumes, and even myself with prowess I have not seen in a store before.

10/10 - give that woman a raise, a better job, and a hug.“

“The wings came out hot! They were not over cooked and dry but soft and delicious. The staff was polite and very courteous. We were in the area so 1st time to that location and gotta say it was nice and clean. Will eat there again if in the area and craving wings. Thank you and good day“

“It's been awhile since I last had Wingstop, but this is my favorite spot. I am so glad that you can now pay through the app. The last time I ordered which was like 2 years ago you had to pay at the store. The store is very clean and stuff is super friendly. My wings were delicious and so where my tenders. I had a sudden craving and decided to come and honestly this is a great place to splurge.“

“Recently had a work luncheon at our bank. The food was delicious! From wings, fries, and veggies, everything tasted fresh and temperature was spot on. Jesus, one of the managers, was extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to work with! Would definitely recommend ordering from this location!“

“Ordered my food at 8:34pm. Received a notification my food was ready by 8:41pm. I figured it wasn't going to be ready, just wingstop trying to make their times. I showed up around 8:45pm and sure enough my bag was ready to go. I got home around 8:51pm with everything correctly ordered and fresh. Food was amazing. Kudos Wingstop, keep it up staff.“

“The blue hair young lady was very nice, haven't had Wingstop in years so I didn't know about certain flavors or that the rolls were no longer served, she explained them to me and didn't make me feel rushed. Glad to see. Bring back rolls.“

“Let me just I always go to the one on san pedro and I am always disappointed there. Me and my sister were in the area and stopped at thos location and let me just say from the time we entered and the time we left the lonely ladies working here were the sweetest. Greeted us with a smile and its showed even from us trying to figure out what we wanted. They were so understanding and offered us different deals. Wings were on point cooked to its perfection. Loved it here. Thank yall team for being so sweet and awesome!!! RENEISHEA“

“Been to this location several times. For the most part orders are on time and correct. Food is good and service is good. BUT… yesterday I walked in and the place smelled like Bourbon Street. While my food was fast and tasted good, that odor needs to be taken care of“

“Soo I’ve been going here almost weekly I’ve never had a bad experience… my order was wrong yesterday … I called and got it replaced … I worked and couldn’t go get it so my wife went and gave them the bag today and they STILL replaced my meal!! With a smile! I wish I would have got the names of the people that helped …“

“Came at 3:30pm ordering was quick and easy Nery at the counter was really polite and helpful with any questions deserves recognition for you outstanding customer service the small wait was like 7mins on fresh wings and fries everything was fresh and deliciously hot definitely will be back 10/10“

“What I witnessed last night by fellow community members that placed orders here was a range of emotions.

First off it was a Spurs Game Night and a Friday night, so pizza restaurants & wing restaurants within our city get packed with orders.

Secondly, the wings here is raw chicken, therefore take a little longer to prep and cook versus a frozen pre cooked wings.

Thirdly, your wings here a cooked by humans not robots!

With that being said there were some individuals whom acted atrociously last night! Giving no grace, demanding orders, and disrespecting the staff, while others were kind, patient, and understanding.

I witnessed every employee working their behinds off to get the orders out as efficiently as they possibly could. I witnessed team work! I witnessed human beings doing the best they could under the circumstances.

Word of advice San Antonio, if you don't have respect & patience, cook your own wings at home for Game Nights! It's that simple.

These employees don't owe you anything in life, they provide a service in which YOU CHOSE to have someone else make your food. You're not the only person in this city, the world doesn't revolve around you.

Humble yourself.

To the Wingstop Culebra, 78251, employees whom worked last night, THANK YOU!
Your hard work, dedication, team work, & patience did not go unnoticed last night.

I thank each individual genuinely. Don't let any one ruin your shine!

Only word of advice to management would be turn off online orders completely if things start getting overwhelming. When I ordered online I did see a memo that said ASAP ordering wasn't available at that time, which absolutely made sense, however; after walking in the location and observing, I thought to myself I wonder if there's a way for them to pause online ordering at a certain point then resuming it when able to.
I don't know if that's possible, however this is only a suggestion.

You & your crew did AMAZING last night, Spurs maybe didn't win, but last night YOU did! You prevailed in a very stressful situation, and again I thank you.“

“Order ahead guys unless u intend on eating inside.
Takes around 15-25mins for a dine in order.
25 mins when it's Friday sat Sunday.
Because that's when Americans celebrate the end of a week.
Don't be afraid to ask on a time check for the order.
The chicken takes 12 mins and extra time of you want it well done. So keep that time in mind when you order.

Have a good day San Antonio“

“I know some of y’all aren’t going to believe this… but this was my FIRST time ever eating Wingstop. 😅

I know. I know. Save the gasps. I’m 34 years old and somehow made it this far. But I’m not here to defend myself, I’m here to give credit where it’s due.

The second I walked in, Michaela welcomed me with the best energy. The playlist was a whole vibe, and she was enjoying it right along with everyone else. When I told her it was my first visit, she looked at me like I’d been living under a rock. 😂

Instead of making me figure it out on my own, she started recommending her favorite wings and even shared how she likes her fries. I asked about the Mango Habanero because I wasn’t trying to accidentally set my mouth on fire, so she brought me a sample. Then Bailey jumped in to help me decide too. At that point, it felt like we were all working on a group project, and everyone was determined to make sure I ordered the right meal. 🤣

Then Olivia joined the conversation and shared her favorite wing flavors. I don’t know if this was customer service or a Wingstop intervention, but I was fully invested.

While I waited for my food, I got to watch the FIFA match on TV, and before I knew it, my order was ready.

Great food will bring people in once. Great people are what make them come back.

Huge shoutout to Michaela, Bailey, and Olivia for making my very first Wingstop experience one I’ll actually remember. Y’all made a first-timer feel right at home, and that’s something worth recognizing.“

“Not sure if she was the manager on shift today around 3pm, but door dash messed up my order and I went to pick up my original one which sat for over an hour and she offered to remake the whole order and gave me a drink. I appreciate her ensuring I’m satisfied. Thank you Rosta“

“Walked in and was immediately met with welcomes and smiles! I’m specifically shouting out Ablavi! Her customer service was excellent. She made sure to help take our order, and make sure to let us know we can get free fries if we just took a survey! 10/10“
