“The young lady with pink hair and glasses, working the register, is always kind and attentive. I don't need a place to be overly attentive or nice to me, but it felt good to have her make eye contact, look like she was genuinely listening to me and do so with a friendly demeanor. I truly appreciate it, and will continue to frequent this location.“

“My nearest Wingstop location is about 15 - 20 minutes drive from my home. It's worth the drive though. The wings are good. The prices are reasonable, and the service is great. I am a loyal customer as long as this location keeps me happy.“

“We have been there several times since they opened. I super glad I don’t have to go down Culebra in all that traffic anymore. Every crew member has always given us the best customer service but the one is always catering is the softly spoken girl in the front. It seems like it’s her first job but she will soon have her voice. The manger with all the piercings is great as well. They messed up an order and she quickly fixed the problem. We didn’t have to wait additional time.“

“Of course it’s wingstop so you know the wings are gonna be good, but the staff at this location is what makes it better than other locations. Dre and his singing make this place a 100/10 . You can taste the soul in his wings. I’m sure his co workers get tired of it but we enjoyed every minute.“

“I dont care what anyone says, boneless wings dressed in a WingStop sauce are a far cry from a nugget.I dare you to make that work with Micky's Wendy's or whatever else you got. “Ordered late last Friday (40 mins to close) and great service but the order just didn't really hit the par. Fries were excellent and the bone-in wings hit the spot. After reaching out about the rest of the order the Cashier Anthony and Manger Kaitlin invited us back to enjoy a replacement order. “I absolutely love this location. They have such great staff with amazing hospitality, especially the manager. I think her name is Dora. She is super nice if only all restaurants on the south side were as good as this one. I'll definitely be back.“

“Love the Cajun rub wings from Wing Stop, but this location is always very busy. Even if you place your order via the app in advance, you cannot pay on the app so they don't begin your order until you arrive... So what's the point? Service is slow and not overly friendly.“

“Where to begin…I came to dine in with my family and they made us all feel so welcomed. The manager, Benjamin I believe, was very nice to my 8 year old and took the time to let him order his own meal. We received our food promptly and my fries were crispy, hot and fresh just how I ordered them. When we needed more drinks they were quick to refill our cups. My wings were seasoned perfectly and the tenders were cooked very well. It’s also a very clean location. Some wingstops have slippery floors and I feel like I’m slipping but this Wingstop was very clean. The tables were also clean. Will definitely return for dinner again soon.“

“The service was great! My girlfriend and I were reluctant to try the Mango Saracha due to it being too spicy, but Cruzita was so nice and gave us a sample to try. It saved us $ and a poor dinner experience.Jeremy was friendly and laughed at our special choices in sauces and stories of hot food.“

“This has to been the best wingstop I have ever been to. Best customer service, clean and the food is delicious. All the employees worked as a team to keep the restaurant clean and engaged with the customers. This restaurant was packed when I arrived and I got my meal in a timely manner; faster then I expected.“

“Wingstop bone-in wings can't be beat ?. I also love the fries, although it's tough to get them hot when ordered. Lately, it takes forever to receive and order on Friday and Saturday evenings (the wait times are no less than an hour). Any who...beside the wait, the wings are definitely the best around our local area.“

“I actually downgraded the food because it has been inconsistent the last 4 or 5 times we have purchased meals from this establishment. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. “Employees here are always attentive manager as well she does stop to attend to customers needs. The Employees do know to attend when they see a customer that needs help. I seen cooks help out with drinks and even helped the cashiers with making sure we get our food while it hot and fresh. I definitely been here a few times and seen everyone getting along and making sure customers come first. Music is always on point. I enjoy the drive just to get to this location. I'll continue to keep making the trip to this location.“

“Came the other night and was told wait time was 50 mins. Np, set an alarm for 40 mins to head out since I live by bandera bowl. Get there and the order was already ready for almost 15 mins, that's a HUGE diff and if it came out early yall need to be doing some calls, I like my food FREsH not cold. Fries sucked per usual, why do I tell u how I want my food if ur not going to make it that way..asked for a side of sauce bc my wings were not wet, the guy was lk lk well ur wet may be diff from what they think wet is and to order a side (he wasnt rude when saying it). They also stuffed the wings to where the box didn't close, wish they would just put them in separate boxes. Overall I love WS they just need to do better when ppl ask for their food a certain way.“

“It's always a hit or miss when I come to Wing stop, this time definitely changed my tune. I was helped by Jonathan and his customer service was exceptional. I was honestly having a crappy day and his energy just gave me an energy boost. He even saved me some money in the ordering process. This location is very clean, I came on my lunch break and got my food in less than 15 minutes. Friendly staff, excellent quality in wings, clean welcoming environment. Overall good experience, glad I came in for lunch today. 10 star experience. I'll be back.“

“I have been wanting to see what the hype is all about Wingstop's "ranch," so my family and I decided to come here for dinner. We walk-in and we could tell how busy they were, but we didn't mind the wait. I ordered the traditional wings mango habanero -- thinking it was as delicious as Buffalo Wild Wings, and boy was I disappointed. However, I still ate 7 wings because I was hungry. My husband ordered traditional half garlic parmesan and lemon pepper, and he enjoyed it, and my kids ordered boneless lemon pepper wings, and also enjoyed them. Now for the star of the show... the RANCH. To me, it was good, but I didn't understand the hype over it. I made a comment that it tasted like the ranch my sister in-law makes, and my daughter was like "because it is." So, would I be back for more..: possibly, but would I get the same flavored wings... HARD NO.“

“Honestly can’t speak to the food too much because it’s fast food. It’s what it always is. But just wanted to shout out the staff tonight as they were very nice and attentive. Especially the ones on the register. It’s rare to see good customer service out of young adults these days and I appreciated their attentiveness. The cooking part just takes forever“

“The tables and dining area were well kept and clean, but the restroom could have used some attention. Friendly staff and were greeted with positivity upon walking in. Placed the order, and we waited. An order came out, which was incorrect, and something had happened to the order, not sure what. However, it was immediately corrected, and the manager made it right by offering some wings and extra fries while we waited. They handled this with professionalism and thought to provide excellent customer service. The food was hot and very good. I will say, though, that a few of my wings had feathers, and that was a little off-putting, so my only suggestion is to have these wings checked because eating fried feathers is not appetizing. I ordered the Louisiana rub and was flavorful. Our drinks were filled during our meal. The service was best I've seen at any location. Keep up the good work. Just get those feathers removed...“

Usually I buy wings from the wingstop at universal city or Walzem but both locations have been terrible customer service plus foods been terrible at Walzem and universal and when i ask for a refund since they forget to put an item in my bag that comes out missing they did not want to give me a refund. So I thought I’d try this location on fm78 , and what I have to say about the location on fm78 is that the food was still warm when I got home , it tasted fresh, didn’t take long to get my order, and they actually got my order right ! So with that being said , I’ll continue coming here hopefully they don’t disappoint!“

Food was hot and fresh, but the music was SO bloody loud no one could hear one another, and my daughter received an incorrect order because the soft talker behind the counter (it says "Jobe" on the receipt) couldn't hear her, and we couldn't hear him. The music is RIDICULOUSLY loud for a counter service restaurant. Turn it down to a level where people can communicate.Otherwise, the food was fine, good temp and all that, just got the wrong thing, and with the volume of the background music I didn't feel like screaming the problem to them.Turn the music down! And at a minimum repeat the order to make sure you got it right, these are the basics for counter service.“
