We were short staffed at work and ordered food from the North Lamar location. When our food arrived, I was missing my meal. We called the restaurant and requested to have my food brought to me. They refused and said that I could pick it up instead. I let them know it was ordered due to being short staff at work and I could not leave. They had me on hold for at least 5-10 minutes. Horrible food quality. i ordered a 10 piece combo through doordash and received an 8 piece combo. I also found FEATHERS on my chicken wings. It was very disgusting and i had to throw the food away. I understand that it wasn’t the dashers fault, but that it the actual restaurant’s fault for the horrible food quality and mix of food pieces.I honestly don’t ever see myself ordering/eating from here again.
