This is one of my favorite halal restaurants in north Austin. I appreciate that they use hand-slaughtered zabihah meat. I always get the chicken kebab plate. The chicken is always perfectly grilled (not under-cooked, like a lot of places). Portions are generous and every part of the dish, even the rice, is so good!Ordering over the phone can be a bit cumbersome so I'd recommend ordering online or in person.

I ordered the gyro plate. Requested it be served over salad which was one of the options. It was brought out with very thin strips of gyro meat over iceberg lettuce, onions, tomatoes and tetrazzini sauce. The flavor was good but it lacked in substance and was hardly a filling lunch. Price for plate and drink was 20$
