It was perfectly seasoned and packed with authentic Mediterranean flavor. You can tell he genuinely cares about the food and the people he serves. This is hands-down some of the best Mediterranean food in the city, and it easily stands out from the rest. If you’re anywhere near South Austin and want a meal that actually delivers, don’t skip this spot. Highly recommend.“

“We had party order from Sangam for our event during May 14th weekend for 3 courses (1 Lunch and 2 dinner) for about 100 people. Shiva was working with me and helped with the menu making sure none of the courses repeat any items including papad. He made suggestions based on our preferences and also guided us with the count and other details. Each of the delivery was made promptly at the requested time. The food provided was scrumptious and quantity was more than sufficient. Each of our friends were pleased with the food. Sana was such a sweet heart and was really helpful, she got my modifications for my two wraps perfectly and was checking in to see if my order was ready since it took a minute (but not crazy long).

The portions are GENEROUS. That was the thiccest shawarma wrap I’ve had in a while. The seasoning on it was great, the white sauce is really good (still don’t exactly know what it is other than good). I will say, somehow my husband got a container of white sauce that was somehow not as good? Like it tasted completely different. Unsure of how that happened but either way, we managed to share the other sauce I had lol.

The strawberry lemonade is REALLY good!! I wish they had mint lemonade though, please make it a thing!! 💖💖

“First time and definitely not my last time eating here. Food was awesome. I got the beef and lamb gyro with a side of the rice and devoured it. Meant to take a picture but it never got the chance because it was so good and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The man working the truck was also very cool. And the baklava was amazing. Definitely recommend to get one with every meal. Please stay at your location as long as possible, I live right next to there and am going to tell all the people I work with and know about your food and will be sending customers your way! We will also be returning as often as we can to try everything on the menu 👍“

“Would highly recommend the gyro wrap. The meat is so juicy and the flavors all come together beautifully. I’ve ordered the gyro plate before and while that may be your best bang for buck because the quantity is a lot, that gyro wrap is unbeatable. I would frequent this place for that alone.“

I tried the Philly cheese steak and it was 10/10 in flavor. Huge portion and even got to try a taco. Will definitely go back when I'm back in town.

“I've eaten at alot of Halal Restaurants, and this outshine them all, Ali was very kind and courteous, he showed genuine enthusiasm in making us food, the little patio area outside was very cozy, and made it feel like a restaurant, not to mention the food was absolutely outstanding, you could tell that it was made with care, I don't think either of us took a single breath once we started eating, and when we left, Ali told us how grateful he was for us coming to his food truck. “This was my first time in to pick up. I always order through Favor I believe, or 1 of the delivery apps. Jordan was there and gave me a great customer experience. His hospitality was incredible....we had a large order and he helped me to the car! Food was amazing as usual... the Jalapeño Fish Salad is a favorite and their Fried Chicken is hands down, best in town. Thank You Jordan and Halal Wings for a great lunch today!“

“To the owner! For a long time, this was the best Halal truck downtown. The last two times I’ve eaten here I got a gyro wrap with nothing but meat, lettuce and white sauce, despite asking for both white and red sauce.

They are no longer toasting the pita bread either.

“This place was really good. It’s affordable and it has a lot of options. I got gyros over rice and it was great. I thought it’d be a wrap with the rice, but it’s just the meat part over the rice. The white sauce was great and you can get as much as you want. My friend got the combo over rice and she liked it. The portion size is also great.“
