Obviously understaffed.. causing crazy long waits for both order request acknowledgement and order delivery. I assume the issue also hurts the food quality as well... but have only actually stayed long enough to get food one out of the four times I've visited. The one order was correct but lacked napkins, condiments or plastic ware.
