“This place was super chill and I will definitely go back. My only hesitation to visit was wondering if it was dog friendly. I did not see anything mentioning outdoor seating or being dog friendly. The most disappointing thing about my visit was arriving after dropping my dog off at home only to find that it is in fact dog friendly and had 2 dogs inside. The drinks were good and tasted better than the straight Kava I have made at home in the past.

Parking: If you happen to go in the evening time...Watch for the curbes around that location not a lot of lights it's very dim and hard to see...

“Avoca has some of the best iced coffee in Denton. My go to is the iced vanilla latte with oat milk or the TX Bourbon butterscotch iced latte with oat milk. They usually have a decent pastry selection as well. The atmosphere is great for meeting a friend or just relaxing by yourself with a morning coffee. There is an outside patio also. Located on the second floor of the Birch tennis facility, the shop provides a relaxing environment and entertaining view of the tennis action from the balcony. “I stopped by this location as it was my first experience here. We asked for the best sellers and they have a picture with maybe 5 different tea options, so we picked two drinks from it. One drink came exactly how the picture was. The Jasmine tea with the boba at the bottom. The other ordered was to have jellies at the bottom and they didn’t add it.

The tea was good, both of them. The service was ok as the waitress were nice. The restaurant was clean.
