I always put my orders in through the app so there can be no miscommunication of what I’m wanting…But still the food was wrong and the few staff that I came in contact with during my visit were rude. At least the kid meal was right since we live over an hour away. We normally visit this location every other week, but after today will not.
Chick-fil-A has always been one of our favorite places to eat until recently. First they quit serving carrot salad, which is one of the few salads I can eat. Then the last 3 times I have been there, the "brioche bun" was flimsier and cost .55 more and the chicken not as good as it was before. Outside seemed too done. The service has always been super and is still that way, but I hope you will exam your sandwiches.
