We love the food but the manager is never there, and 95% of the time you don’t get your teriyaki sauce with your chicken teriyaki!!! It’s not that hard and if you order for pickup they never put any condiments in there. It’s ridiculous!!! The company doesn’t seem to care either. This happens 95% of the time when we go. We’ve gone in ordered and got to the register then they told us they were out of teriyaki saice. Omg!!
The food was fine, but I ordered online and was told for a pick up at 706, went in at 710 and had to tell the cashier I’m here for pick up for them to even start my food. I didn’t get my food till 740. The whole point of online orders is to skip the waiting….. other than that, I appreciate the cashier offering me and the other guy a complementary drink while we wait.
Super busy tonight. Ordered in advance, waited 20+ being the order time. No utensils, napkins. Usually Panda does better. Maybe just about Saturday at dinner time.
