Poor customer service. I ordered through the app for the first time. I ordered the 12 pcs wings, 6 tenders, with 2 large sides. They forgot an order of Wings. I went home. Noticed it. It’s frustrating that time and time again you sit in line behind three cars for 20 minutes. This has happened too many times at this location and others. Popeyes as a corporation needs better training and management- and probably better compensation packages to keep trained individuals that can serve in their stores. It’s really ridiculous that of all of the fast food chains, Popeyes is probably ranked the worst in every area of customer overall satisfaction.

Probably the worst its ever been! I don’t understand the hiring process or training they put these workers through but MORE training is need in every single branch of this store. From management all the way down to the cooks who can’t seem to cook the chicken all the way through. Drive thru sign has been broken for years. Workers are ALWAYS in a rush when theres no line.
