I'm only reviewing because I was extremely annoyed and I could not express my annoyance immediately because I was on the phone with my mom at the time I picked up my order...So anyway, I placed a pickup order using the app and normally (at other locations) I pull up to the drive thru and let them know I made a pickup order and they let me know I can pull to the window. Never have a problem here, come every morning because I work across the street. All the workers are great, I don't know any other names besides Heather, but she always has a nice attitude, as does everyone else. Favorite SK location in houston. Plus they make the smoothies the perfect consistency
