“Chuy’s hooked it up!! Best street tacos, rice, and beans I’ve had in a long time!!! I found it needing a bulk order of tacos for a birthday party when most trucks and restaurants were closed on Sunday. I called ahead the day before and they were working on it when I arrived the next day. This truck is a MUST. Easy to get to, just drive past the Bellmead HEB and it’ll be on your right about half a mile! Insane flavor to everything. THE BEST SALSA AND QUESO! This will be my new taco stop in Waco. ??“

“Great food place! The food is tasty and the prices reasonable. It’s more of a pick-up food place rather than a stay-and-eat place.Their strong suit is their chicken package with 1 whole chicken, rice, charro beans, tortillas, grilled onion, and salsas all for $20. It feeds about 4 grown hungry men and it’s a good deal. It is ready in about 3 minutes.The chicken has a good flavor of being grilled over coal. The rice is decent. The charro beans have good flavor. The salsas are good but the green one is especially good.The taqueria has a wide range of food. They also have a rib package which is a bit pricier than the chicken but still good and tender. The pupusas are good and made on the spot so it has a bit of wait time. Their fresh waters are good and huge. Their tamales are good sized if a bit lacking in taste.There is ample parking and wheelchair accessible.Try this place it’s really good, with a wide selection, and reasonably priced.“

“My husband and I were passing through Waco on our way home to Krum, Tx.. We stayed at the Hilton hotel across the freeway, and asked their front desk of any places to eat they can refer us to, so they mentioned your place! I’m a huge fan of Cajun food, so I was immediately interested, and food with great taste, great spice level and most of all, great service! All of the above is what we got from this amazing place to eat! Food was delicious and service was outstanding by Lorena, and it was only her third day there… I might add, and she did great! I got the pound of shrimp, they were huge and the flavor was on point! My husband got the shrimp and scallop skewers, that were very tasty! I had to ask for a to go box, as I got full, and made sure all that hot juice was poured into container too! All I can say is YUM… and I wish I lived closer to y’all, to eat there often!!! “Visited Cultura Mia Mexican Cuisine for Mother's Day Brunch, food taste and presentation was very good, they do have the best chilaquiles, we tried the green and chipotle, also tried the pork chop and eggs, huevos rancheros, and chile relleno were also very good. Not fond of having to pay for hot sauce and chips, but the sauce is tasty. Place is clean and service is very good. Got to meet the chef/owner and we complimented him on the wonderful food taste. Will have to go back and try their other dishes for lunch and dinner. Totally recommend visiting this authentic Mexican restaurant, not your regular tex-mex food.“

“The food overall was fresh and tasted pretty good. Surf and turf burrito was quite the mix of ingredients but it worked well. Portions were fair for the price. Only disappointment was the red sauce, I'd probably give that a 3/10 way too much tomato flavor not enough chile cilantro etc. Verde sauce was pretty good though, easy 7.5 or 8/10. I'd smother a lot of stuff in that green sauce.

There's enough variety that you may want to experiment with the menu until you find a favorite dish. I would happily order here again, but I'm not going out of my way just to get some if that makes sense. I'll give it a solid 7/10 with room to grow, which is quite good for a new place.“

“We ate there for dinner the other night. We got the sizzling fajita plate as well as the fajita strips. The food was decent. Steak steak quite Chewey. Lastly we ordered two large sangria margaritas which we awesome.

The best part of the night was our server, Vanessa! She was kind, super sweet, and always checked on us. She also gave us some sopa pias (fried sugar dough) before we left.
