“We have driven past this taco truck a billion times and live around the corner. Finally today we stopped by and will ABSOLUTELY be back. Tacos were fantastic. Best tortas we've had locally, and their spice level hits just right . Service was great, lady who took our order was super sweet! Ample parking, plenty of seating. 10/10 wish we took pics but we devoured our food--it was finger licking good!“

The tortillas are great, the meat tender and juicy, the vegetables are fresh, what more could I ask for!! “Very friendly service. First time here. Little pricey for street tacos. Al pastor was amazing. You can tell it’s well marinated. Birria tacos were very flavorful and the sauce was great. Burrito is nice and big. Chicken was a little dry and the steak a little more fatty than I like. But everything else was great. Even the sauce was good but not too overwhelming with heat. Tuesday taco box is offered. 20 tacos for $25!“

“I first ate here when I was young, probably 20 years ago, and even tho I live in a Alabama now I have went out of my way to go thru Belton again just for Ernie's! It hasn't changed at all! I even brought my husband twice and he loved it!! This really is some of the best fried chicken I've had. I hope this place never changes and I can't wait to come back.“
“Found this little food truck as we stopped to get our kids some food nearby on a road trip. We had potato and egg breakfast tacos and bistek tacos. They did not disappoint! Flavorful and seasoned well. Stopped again on the way back home. The service is great and located close to freeway. They have parking right in front so we ate in car but they also have a few tables with shade available. Def recommend!“
