This place looks a little dated on the outside and to a lesser degree on the inside to my taste.

Where it really excels is in the food and the service (which is what it is all about).

I ordered an omelette and biscuit and gravy. I had my order in less than 5 minutes!

“It's extremely rare that I give a place 5 stars. In fact, I think this is my first time to do so, and it's all due to our server. The very first thing my wife said after Chelsea greeted us was, "Now, that's a good server." It's a very special occasion when my wife makes such a statement, so I had to let Chelsea know. Needless to say, she was extremely appreciative.
Now, I have to tell you about the food. I ordered the Big Ol' Breakfast Burrito and a side of biscuits and gravy. Why? I haven't the faintest clue. Their portions are huge. The burrito almost reached side to side on the oval plate it was served on. The two big, steamy biscuits were served with a big bowl of gravy and not that teeny weeny bowl that most places use.
And for those who enjoy eating outside in the coolness of the early morning, they have an amazing outdoor area.
The bottom line is that I highly recommend Ol' South Pancake House. You won't be disappointed!

I got 2 breakfast tacos for six dollars... can't beat that! The tacos were delish! DH got the chicken breakfast sandwich and he said it tasted good. The other people at the table got the chicken and waffles. They both enjoyed them. During happy hour mimosas are $3 so again prices are on point! If I am up early and have the time I would def eat here again. BTW… the coffee wasn’t that great. I will try one of the lattes next time.“

“Updated review: district manager called, unfortunately I ordered through a 3rd party delivery service so they do not guarantee freshness it’s a different policy unless you order from their website or app. So I won’t order via 3rd parties again. And John credited me $50 to my member account which I appreciated although I’m not one to ask for favors, along with a phone call explanation. I would highly recommend ordering directly from Snap so when there’s issues, they can resolve them adequately. Updated rating since they really tried their best.

I ordered $101 to be exact, worth of meals for the week online. And then I realize today (the very next day) they all expire the DAY I ordered them. Every single one of them. So I paid to take their scraps off their hands I guess. Just terribly rude and not considerate to a paying customer to give them what should have gone in the trash.
I get maybe giving me one meal that expired the day I ordered but my whole order.“

“The food was very good. The waitress was sweet and nice but wasn't in any kind of a rush to work. We were immediately seated by the host and she asked us if we knew what we wanted to drink and she would get it for us. So we ordered our drinks. Then within a minute the waitress showed up with the drinks and asked if we were ready to order. We asked her to give us a couple of minutes. You know a couple means 2, right? Well 10 minutes later she comes back to get our order. After that it was pretty good the rest of the time. The building looks old inside and could use better pest control. I thought that when they took the jug they were going to wash it but it was the same, especially if the person is allergic. to caffeine, if anywhere someone has to come saying I'm allergic, no, because they have to wash the dishes to make tea or hot water.“
