“I had the best experience here, my first time. Had a fabulous cocktail made by my server, rock shrimp was amazing, crab cake salad was another amazing dish, chock full of lump crab. My server was fabulous and the manager was also very attentive and looked after me as I was dining alone. I definitely plan on visiting again! Delicious!“

“No matter if you visit the Fort Worth or Frisco location, we always leave full and happy. Hatsuyuki ruined a lot of sushi places for us. We've dined at other high end sushi restaurants and nothing can compare to Hatsuyuki.“

“Absolutely amazing dinner. Got 4 rolls, 2 appetizers, and orange chicken with fried rice. All under $100.
Staff was friendly. Sushi quality was 10/10. Better than most places around Seattle I ate at when I lived in washington.
Me and the wife have found our new dinner spot. I cant recommend this enough.“

“FANTASTIC Staff & Manager! Friday night I took my daughter there for her 24th Birthday. The Manager was so friendly and took care of us! Gave us a wonderful table by the window. He was so attentive to the whole restaurant and was running the very busy place with such professionalism. Highly recommend Blue Sushi for their amazing sushi, but the service was stellar!“

“This is by far my favorite place to eat at ever ! The staff is amazing and very welcoming, especially as a Stay at home mom I like to take my kids out during the week and they are always so welcoming to my kids so much so that my kids asked me to come here literally every week !!! The food is always fresh and pricing is great !!! 10/10 Recommend“

“I had lunch here The food was excellent The service was great and even the atmosphere was very nice. Did I say the food was really great it was The sushi was extremely fresh. But if you're trying to find a restaurant it can be a little difficult to find it's actually in the multi-story building at the very bottom of that five or six story building.“

“I love this sushi restaurant more than a lot of other I have tired. The sushi is so fresh it’s hard to beat. Also the service was wonderful just overall a great experience. Highly recommend it ☺️“

“This place was amazing , we got two ramens and one my husband didn’t like and they fixed it no problem ! Just replaced it with another and was super sweet about it and of course very welcoming when we walked in. The ramen is 10 outta 10 everytime we come, if you want some good ramen, spicy or non spicy then you need to come here! The pork or beef buns are super good too we get those everytime we come. Next time we are trying the poke bowls!“
