“My review on google is way longer lol but just know that this establishment is a 10/10!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was enjoyable. Kelvin and Josh had amazing service and were very knowledgeable!! Food was great, rock shrimp, scallops, pacific dip, risotto, salmon, oysters, ice cream sandwich, cappuccino and crème brûlée are all recommended!! Highly recommended!“

“No matter if you visit the Fort Worth or Frisco location, we always leave full and happy. Hatsuyuki ruined a lot of sushi places for us. We've dined at other high end sushi restaurants and nothing can compare to Hatsuyuki.“

“FANTASTIC Staff & Manager! Friday night I took my daughter there for her 24th Birthday. The Manager was so friendly and took care of us! Gave us a wonderful table by the window. He was so attentive to the whole restaurant and was running the very busy place with such professionalism. Highly recommend Blue Sushi for their amazing sushi, but the service was stellar!“

“Honestly, phenomenal food. Incredible food, my party of three each loved their dishes from the sushi roles, the ramen bowl, and the basil rice dish. Appetizers were great, the prices were amazing in comparison to the incredible food with large portions, and the staff was the best part because they were unbelievably polite. The atmosphere was very quiet, and respectful for everyone in the restaurant, and yeah just a delightful experience. I live elsewhere in the state, but I can't wait to go back. To the owners, and wonderful staff, and very skilled chef, thank you a dozen times for a great meal.“

“The short: Fresh Sushi, Busy Vibe, Needs Better Service
The long: Tried Sushi Tao for the first time after seeing it on a gluten-free app. I can’t believe it’s been open 17 years and I never knew about it! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and my boyfriend loved the Cowboy Roll. The place was packed, so clearly a local favorite.
Service was the only downside. We had to ask multiple times for basics like chopsticks and soy sauce, and three different people tried to take our order. Staff seemed stretched thin. Also, while they do have gluten-free soy sauce, the servers weren’t very knowledgeable about GF options.
We’ll definitely be back for the sushi but hopefully they get more help soon!“

“This place was pretty good! I loved the presentation and laid back atmosphere. Sushi was good quality but comparable to other restaurants in dfw. We loved the sweetheart roll, perfect way to celebrate as we had just gotten our marriage license“

“Our waitress Julia made our evening incredible! We ordered oysters that had serano peppers on it. Menu does not explain that oysters comes with very spicy sauce directly on them. Anyway, Julia was very understanding and replaceable oysters with sauce on the size.“

“The environment was fantastic probably one of the funniest and best hibachi chefs. I’ve seen the food pretty good. I could see how people wouldn’t like it, but I personally enjoy it.
the people are fantastic. It’s most definitely worth stopping by. much respect and love everybody who shows up for work every day.“
