“Had the nacho de Mexicana beef. Fajita. Good. Could have been better if they would have used a different cheese. A cheese that doesn't get hard when it cools. The Beans were 💣! Salsa didn't care for. And it was the only one they had. My opinion, you should more then just one kind of salsa. The chips. Also 💣!”

“down in big springs for a visit a decided to stop in and give this a try. I ordered a med rare steak baked potato and the white cheddar Mac. Mac was delicious and potato was huge but sad to say my steak came out well done. politely asked for a remake which she took from plate on a napkin and never returned. she ended up brining us our check before I ever got my steak. sad I wasn't able to try it out and sad to say I never will. left hungry and upset.”

The spinach and cheese tart was the best thing ever. And the little sausage in a blanket are cool and delicious. And as always a sausage egg and cheese croissant. “We stopped by 10/8/24 to try something close to authentic Mex and found this secret gem on our San diego to New York trip. What makes this place awesome is the folks who run it. Down to earth and friendly. We have our own food eatablishments in Cali, Az & NM.... Food comes n goes as long as it is clean place, and better than Taco Bell right,., all restaurants have their own styles and one needs to be cognizant of that, or u can just be a narcissist i guess. Salsa was the best, beans where yummy, enchiladas 2.... But the folks serving where awsome. Is good to know there are still people out there with happy human traits.. trust me,. We saw stuff on our cross country road trip. Thank You Casa Blanca Big Spring Tx !!
