We decided to stop when we saw a full parking lot of cars, thinking "this must be the best place in town" and we were right! Charming cafe with great food and great service. Wonderful hamburgers! The meat was fresh and tasty, nestled on a perfectly toasted, buttery bun. Our server seemed to have a 6th sense, knowing exactly when we needed something without us ever having to ask. Have to say their food is pretty good. Will definitely be back. Decent price as well. Like home cooked southern food. Wanted to try something new and I’m glad we choose this place. They now have a new returning customer.

I don't how or why these folks have anything but 5 star reviews!? The food, the service, the quantities, the preparation time, and the atmosphere were all great! If you are ever through Blossom, Texas you should stop and try their Chicken Fried Steak!
