I’ll let you in on an amazing deal. The Coconut cream pie is amazing. It rivals the best I’ve had and it’s only $10 and some change for a whole pie.
First I wanna say I've been to Bill Millers since I was a kid, it was my Dads FAVORITE restaurant! Any whoo, once one was built out here in Boerne I was totally stoked and definitely have been a few times since the opening BUT ..... This last visit i have to say was hands down the BEST visit ever !!! Malik who took our order was ON IT !!! That dude was kind, knew the menu like the back of his hand, smiled and made us laugh ! Bill millers is a good place to pick up quick, good food. Plenty of seating if eating in place. Very clean, staff friendly.

Bill Miller BBQ is a restaurant where experiences are very hit or miss. The customer service is always great, but the food is unpredictable. Some visits are extremely impressive with fast service and quality food that is on point, while others are disappointing. For example, one order of a 15 pieces chicken family pack was greasy and not very crunchy, with cold fries. Only the tenders, green beans, gravy, and bread were worth eating. Another time, a sliced beef poboy was all bun and 3 slivers of brisket, unlike the past when it was packed with brisket. The griddle cakes were still on point. A chicken tender meal was really small and pushed to one side. A one-year-old’s bean and cheese taco was burnt on the bottom. The drive-thru had cold and soggy fries. The front counter can use some help, as they seemed a bit lost. However, the busiest location at lunchtime was fast and efficient.
