Good fried chicken!
The bread is the best too, I always get extra for my French toast the next day or for lunch 😉
I wish I had taken a photo of my food, but I just haven't been back since I had their 2 meat plate and found a FLY yes a FLY in the potatos. I don't know if I ever will reutrn and just feel digusted by nearly eating a fly and knowing I ate those potatos to only discover a fly in them. This happned about 2 months ago but I wanted to write a review for the owner to see that something HAS to be done about the fly Infestation that is happening at this Bill Millers.
First of all the layout for the store is not traditional. We don’t see the people make your food which personally takes longer to actually get your food. They give you a number and you sit down and have to wait then when you get tray of food, you have to get up and get all your sides. It’s too mainstream. It feels out of touch…

Bill Miller BBQ is a restaurant where experiences are very hit or miss. The customer service is always great, but the food is unpredictable. Some visits are extremely impressive with fast service and quality food that is on point, while others are disappointing. For example, one order of a 15 pieces chicken family pack was greasy and not very crunchy, with cold fries. Only the tenders, green beans, gravy, and bread were worth eating. Another time, a sliced beef poboy was all bun and 3 slivers of brisket, unlike the past when it was packed with brisket. The griddle cakes were still on point. A chicken tender meal was really small and pushed to one side. A one-year-old’s bean and cheese taco was burnt on the bottom. The drive-thru had cold and soggy fries. The front counter can use some help, as they seemed a bit lost. However, the busiest location at lunchtime was fast and efficient.
