On our recent trip to Tapatio Springs Resort in Boerne we decided to go out for dinner and try some local restaurants. After reading the reviews and the story behind the family business we decided to give it a try. Growing up in Southern California (San Fernando Valley) and eating traditional Mexican food was grea, but since moving to Texas (Katy) in 2011 finding a good traditional Mexican restaurant has really been hard and hate to say it but Tex-Mex food has been very disappointing....read full review
