The folks at Las Palapas catered a rehearsal dinner I attended recently. The food was fantastic!
And the prep, layout, clean-up, as well as the servers were top notch! We had a lot of people in town from Wisconsin, and this was their first try of authentic Tex-Mex. Well done, Las Palapas!
