Thank you for taking others feedback seriously.Second time coming during their normal operating hours once in the A.M. once in the afternoon. Second time not hearing from anyone in the drive through when waiting, and being welcomed to a locked door.I understand it's new and the staff may not be able to handle it yet, but communication with customers is the heart of customer service.“

“I don't go there much anymore because i'm trying to quit sodas and fast food for my health. But I am loving my mcdonald's app! The rewards don't seem to add up very fast, but at least i'm getting something back!

Parking: Don't park next to the building if there's a line or you might have to wait to get out.“
