Second time not hearing from anyone in the drive through when waiting, and being welcomed to a locked door.I understand it's new and the staff may not be able to handle it yet, but communication with customers is the heart of customer service.“

Why would I want to go to another mcdonald's. If. This is where They are headed. this manager should be addressed. it was not busy.“
