“We came to Austin from Houston with my family for the day and found this cafe while exploring the city. Honestly, I’m really glad we stopped here.
The place has such a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Everything we tried was really good, the service was friendly, and we just felt comfortable sitting here and taking a break after walking around Austin. Even my family really enjoyed the place.

We don’t live in Austin, so unfortunately we can’t come here often, but this is definitely one of those places I’ll remember and come back to next time we’re in town.

Wednesday is steak and HUGE baked potatoe night. Steak is grilled to order and DELICIOUS! If I remember correctly it was $28 and includes a free drink ticket! Great find!”

“I hardly write reviews but this place blew me away yesterday. I went in with my 3 & 2 year old to get smoothies and the staff was SOO kind. I wanted to order 1 smoothie for the kids and they split the smoothie evenly into two different cups for me. She joked that she made sure it was completely even so they wouldn’t fight if the other had more! Haha! It made me chuckle. It’s little things like that that made me feel welcomed & comfortable with my little children. They loved the little games on the table too while they enjoyed their smoothies! Thank you!”

“I'm a vegetarian who took my partner here for his birthday, and it was such a great time. It was wonderful seeing how happy he was. The hostess said happy birthday to him upon entering and then took us to our seats, at which time someone immediately attended to us. Between the salad bar and the sides that came with dinner service, I was quite satisfied. My partner enjoyed the food immensely. His only regret was that he was too full and had to turn down the rib eye. There was so much food and someone was always around cutting meat and attending to our needs. Overall, I highly recommend this as a place to take someone who loves animal protein because not only was the food all good, but the service was excellent and the ambience was very nice. The strawberry cheesecake was also delicious!”

“A great spot in Lakeway. There aren’t many places in the area that have really stood out to me, but I loved my experience at MorninGlory. They have a solid menu, and I appreciated that they offer coconut milk since it’s hard to find at restaurants. I had the avocado toast, and it was delicious. I’d definitely recommend coming here for coffee, pastries, or brunch. It’s also very baby-friendly!”
