They need to bring back the lemons for the teas. All other Chick fil A restaurants in the RGV have them except Brownsville. That’s my only complaint.

They took 2 hours to deliver. I ordered my food an hour ahead and they still took so long. They forgot my sauces and one drink.

The place is well-lit and welcoming, with plenty of seating and fresh flowers on the tables. The hot and fresh food matches the pictures, and the restroom is super clean with satisfyingly hot water and soap. The quantity of fries might be lacking, but the quality of the food and service is excellent. The parking is quick and easy, making it a great overall experience for customers.
