I hope someone ends up suing them. called them about the incredible amount of cartilage and bones in the mole and they didn't care. Olga the assistant manager was extremely dismissive.
Restaurant #41309 - I am a long time multi chain concept owner. We visited this store on 7/24 at 5pm. Never have seen any restaurant so dirty, quality of food was SOOOOO Bad that I didn't even bother to order. No line checks, been sitting there for hours and the staff doing nothing. I cannot tell you how bad this was - you have no right to operate a restaurant concept with lack of controls, quality control and supervision / leadership. Be careful here and look at your receipt. They try to charge you for extra toppings, even though their menu shows something different. I ordered a bean and cheese taco and add potatoes. They charged me for a potato taco and charged me $.69/each for the beans and cheese. This isn’t how it shows on the menu when you order. When I addressed the issue with the lady at the register she gas lit me and refused to correct the issue. I left my taco at the register. I’m so tired of...read full review
