McDonald's in Brownsville

“Took forever to get in line in the drive thru I asked for a family pack n ask for a few sauce at the drive thru speaker then I asked when I got my meal n they said yes sir theyre in there but I got home near the zoo.... No sauce had to go back to complain mind the wait just to get into McDonald's again and the gas and time just to b offered a free fry.... U lied to me n want to shut me up with a small fry???? Will not b return to this McDonald's who's trying to save on condiments“

“I have been coming to this McDonald's everyday this week after school to try and collect the hello kitty collection. The food is fast fresh and awesome service. It is also very clean compared to the other McDonald's playland in Brownsville. I have to give a huge shout out to a certain employee he's always working hard, but this Friday was especially busy with a bday party! Gael is awesome! He needs a raise!!“

“This location is always wonderful. I always get the food that I want, and it's always hot and fresh. I've greatly enjoyed coming to this location over the last few months, and I eventually plan to go back on those rare occasions that I do crave McDonald's. This is one of those places where you get what you get, and that's about it. Obviously, there's not much more to say about it.“

“I’ve been to this a McDonald’s a couple of times and it’s pretty good! The curbside kind of takes a while, and they often forget stuff but it’s alright. The food always tastes super good, and I love the ice cream from this specific location, the machine is NEVER out! I love McDonald’s, and I really like the quality and service at this one. Also, the new s’mores McFlurry was really yummy. You can never go wrong with McDonald’s.“

Importantly is that when using the app and picking it up in the drive-thru, it is a very fast and easy transaction. Good service and competent servers at Brownsville International location.“

“There's a gentleman that goes by the name of Adan. I have been to this location for over 4 years. I believe he started this year. Dude is absolutely amazing with his hospitality. Very kind and generous and carries himself with bonkers energy. (Bonkers as in a very uplifting way, not negative).

He's the reason I come back vs getting full attitudes from everyone and he actually speaks to me in English vs assuming I speak Spanish.

Very genuine energy here now and I'm all for it. Dude deserves a raise.

Edit: I was expecting him to come out and give me my food but they sent someone else who looked like a manager and she walked off in the middle of me talking.

We need more people like Adan!

You made my day I hardly moved a muscle. Help like this makes a single tired mom smile. Thank you Reyna. Your parents must be super proud of you❤️❤️ Great asset. Honestly most young workers looked like they are forced to work. Not Reyna she loves what she does and it shows with her outstanding customer skills.“

“I live in San Antonio and come to Brownsville a couple of times a week for work. This place has become my favorite breakfast spot. It is so clean, quiet, and has a professional staff. I wish all McDonald's were like this location. 10/10.“
