Wingstop in Brownsville

“Came in from another location after being served bad wings and fries and was greeted by a cashier who said his name was Eduardo. His customer service was excellent. He also said this was his first job and day(s). Needless to say I think I found my favorite wingstop location. I have been to all locations and here the fries were actually fresh, wings were amazing and Eduardo was very attentive. My order did not take long at all to come out. Thanks a lot!“

“Wings are good even though they are greasy. I have them when I crave the lemon pepper ones. BUT you guys never have drinks. get rid of that fountain machines or have cans of cokes as back up. either it's a clear liquid tasting like carbonated or there's no drinks. I always have to take my diet coke can or spend $3 at subway.on international wing stop. southmost is also bad. abd its not new....it's always been that way. your customers complain and your employees only respond they can't do anything cause thus matter is brought up and nothing is done.“

“Order was ready upon arrival at store's location. No crowd was at the location & service was quick & friendly. It was not until I arrived back home that it was noticed that the brownie I had ordered was missing from the rest of the items. I didn't feel like driving all the way back to the store although it was paid for & just let it go. Otherwise outstanding location & staff.

“The food is always spot on the only thing I have to say is that one cashier who asked me to show her my phone for when I was trying to redeem my fries for doing the survey on the receipt she had an attitude and wrote down my name and everything I feel like that's a little too unnecessary for just free fries overall I'll be back soon but I really hope that they change the way they treat the customer“
