Run like a family owned diner. We love going here once a week. The family is great people. Ordered breakfast and was in and out in 45 minutes eating included. Thank you.
Place is amazing!!! Our group of 30 showed up a hour before closing, they were kind, food was hot and delicious. The owners are super great people and other staff were all very nice and helpful. We all sat out back on the patio, which was great for all of us. This place has turned around for the better with the new owners. I can’t wait to go back…. Will definitely eat here each time we are in the area.

The Dam Grill is a revamped restaurant in the Highland Lakes Resort area, offering a comfortable, friendly atmosphere filled with a western theme. The menu features classic Texan comfort food that has received praise from many customers. Their chicken fried steak, fried homemade onion rings, and okra are popular choices, alongside their fish dishes and patty melts. Guests have noted the good service, with friendly servers creating a welcoming vibe that encourages repeat visits. The restaurant also has an outdoor seating area and plans for local live music, adding to the overall experience. While some have suggested that the fries could use more seasoning, the overall quality of the food and the friendly personnel make The Dam Grill a favorite spot for many who eat there regularly.
