“First time I've been to sonic in probably 8 years. We went mainly to check out the playground but were pleasantly surprised overall. Food was good, playground was well kept. Ordered through the app and food came out about 5 min later. Will definitely make this a regular thing, especially in the summer.If you have kids this playground is awesome and fully fenced in. It is a little high so watch toddlers closely.“

“It was our very first time there. They were super busy. They all were super friendly. They all were working hard to get all the orders out. The cookies are amazing. We also tried their dirty drinks. Differently for the drinks. They were so good. We will go back again.“

“We really love Andy’s. We like the fact they launched an app to track rewards. We can also upload cash to the app and pay with the app. This comes in handy if we have been walking the trails and want a quick treat and we don’t have our wallets. However, not all employees are trained on how to take payment from the app. On numerous occasions we have been told “I don’t know how to do that”. Tonight we were actually told “you can’t use the app to pay”. When I questioned further she said “I don’t know how to do it, so you can’t use it”. Why couldn’t she go ask someone how to do it?“

“Let me just say this place is a GEM! As soon as I walk in I’m greeted with smiles and absolute amazing customer service. One top of that for someone who is lactose intolerant, they have so many dairy free flavors which is sooo amazing! It tastes just like dairy ice cream! I am so thankful we have this here in Tyler! “Passing through heading back to Houston … w/my Basset Jellie.
I ordered crispy chicken salad, 3 tacos and for Jellie a grilled chicken patty - they made it happen! They cut it up for her and even served it in a cup on a little bed of lettuce. They also gave her a cup of water without asking. Perfect!

I don’t eat Dairy Queen too often, especially in Houston, as long as I can remember this location has always been great, and clean!!!!“

“They are not just donuts they are superb. I had the strawberry cream cheese donut and they did not skimp on ingredients. They are very sweet. My child had a Oreo donut and had no complaints. I took alittle bite and it was delicious 😋 . They are roughly $5 a piece but in my opinion it's worth it. They have an abundants of breakfast sandwiches ect... nothing is like the typical donut shop. They have small gifts you can purchase and a small sitting area. The place is clean and the workers are friendly. I will be going again when I need to satisfy my sweet tooth“

“By far the best Dairy Queen in East Texas!! The manager is always nice and very friendly! The kitchen made a mistake and the manager came out here and apologized and also gave us a coupon for a free blizzard. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area. The store is very clean and all of the staff are very respectful! 100/10“

“I would have gave a five-star all the way across the bar except my grilled cheese I always get grilled cheese with bacon, and I cannot lie dairy Queen beat y'all the toast was not buttery it was very dry, the bacon tasted very old. But your worker Eli, so nice, friendly, happy to be doing his job it's hotter than Hades outside and he is just happily walking along and cheering people up and doing his job I think he deserves a raise and y'all need more employees like him. I hate that if you use a debit card you cannot tip your employees! I never carry cash and that man deserves a $10 tip on my $20 order thank you Eli for putting a smile on this tired customers face“

“I've been craving Sonic for a while, but all the ones around me are absolute garbage. I've always liked Sonic but having enough bad experiences will turn you off entirely.

I was on a little road trip heading back to Houston from Tyler, and I know from when I lived in Frankston that this location has been here for many years. I figured if it hasn't shut down yet, there's probably a good reason.

I was right. The burger I ordered was cooked perfectly, tots were crisp and freshly fried even at the late hour I'd visited, and the food runner was a really friendly young man.

The only reason I knocked off a star is due to the touch screen at the bay I was in being completely non-functional. I would've been happy to leave a buck or two as a tip, but no amount of smushing my finger on the screen had any effect. I was trying to see if there were some sort of physical buttons I was missing, but no... Just didn't work.

Y'all's employees are really nice, so I definitely recommend fixing that so they aren't missing out on getting a bit extra for their service.“
