“I had heard about @roundtablepizzasanantonio, so we thought to check it out this past Sunday for lunch. It’s located in Tacara in the same plaza as Chicken Salad Chick.

They had the TVs ready for game day and we were ready to eat some game day food. We started with the 6-piece wings in Polynesian flavor. Hubby had one trip to the salad bar. You can choose the unlimited trip to the salad bar as an option. We all shared the medium-sized pizza with half pepperoni and half Hawaiian (Dad’s favorite). I had the Pineapple East Cider beer, Dad had Lemonade, and Hubby had an Arnold Palmer.

“This is our go to spot now. I have tried quite a few different things from the menu and everything has been really good. My favorite is the meat calzone but Friday night we had the chicken Alfredo pizza and it’s right up there now. They remember names and faces also and that means something to me. Always friendly.“

I was a first time customer. Having an allergy can make dinning out overwhelming, but not here. It was easy to see the gluten free options. We got a huge pizza, calzone, and a couple gluten free pizzas. Everything was delicious! My son who also has to eat gluten free couldn’t stop saying how good it was. My husband came to the fridge this morning to take a slice to work, but it was gone.

The cashier was patient, friendly, and helpful when placing the order. He knew it was our first time and even gave us a special ranch dressing to try out.“

They season them very well and make more parmesan cheese than at any other little caesars in San Antonio. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

“Just tried the Brooklyn style pizza for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised. My order was ready fast and ready for pick up when I arrived. Service was great too. If you like very soft, thin, and foldable pizza, then you'll love this. It had plenty of pepperoni and it added good texture. The entire pizza was greasy and sloppy just the way you would expect it. It reminded me of a delicious old school slice of pizza from a mall food court. I hadn't tried Domino's for a while because I don't love the garlic flavor of the hand tossed crust, but today hit the spot. It's not super heavy since the crust is thin, but the edge of the crust was too crispy and I would have preferred it to be a bit softer.“

“Hit or Miss on the pizza. It's great when it's great and soggy when not. Mainly it's about how long they leave it in and whether it gets crispy enough for the crust. If it is, it comes out really nice for a personal pizza for each of your own party and to their liking. It's a clean nice looking establishment. Can be a little cold in the side with AC blaring. So if you have cold patrons, be warned to bring cover for your arms.“

I think the chef had a wager with the waitress that he could over-stuff the sandwich with so much beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese that the sandwich was threatening to split the bread in half! It was so FAT with ingredients that IF the bread exploded under the strain, one would need a garden trowel to shovel all the food into a to-go container!! The taste was out of this WORLD! We also ordered the heart pizza which was a little burnt on the bottom so we didn’t enjoy that one as much. Other than that everything was good and we will order again in the future! 🍕“

Parking: It's a strip mall style commercial building. So, the parking is what you might expect.

Wheelchair accessibility: Again, strip mall parking. Handicap is available. The curb is very passable for someone in a WC with assistance.“
