“The only problem we encountered was that the steak had been prepared to well done; however, our server promptly informed the kitchen staff, and they subsequently re-prepared the dish correctly to a medium doneness. The brisket queso dip turned out to be surprisingly delicious. My chicken fried steak was quite flavorful, and the accompanying gravy had a perfectly thick consistency.“

“Anyone who wants to enjoy a really good steak in a wonderful atmosphere and with super nice staff should definitely stop by here! We had the cowboy ribeye – incredibly delicious and perfectly prepared. We had creamed corn and sidewinder potatoes. The drinks are also freshly prepared and really delicious. We can definitely recommend the Steakhouse & Saloon Bulverde and would love to come back!“
