Very well staffed and the kids are polite, but no clue about the menu, how to have great customer service skills, no urgency, they don't come back to check on the guests 🤦 Leadership lacks and the floor should have been cleaned months ago... “Today, 9 Nov 24, my wife and myself stopped at Cotton Patch. It was cool outside so we asked for coffee. Waiter informed us that the coffee machine was broke and had been for over two weeks. So my wife asked for hot cocoa. But they don’t serve hot cocoa. But the meal was very good.“
