Wendy's in Burleson

“the food here is always great. i’ve only had them mess up or forget something in my order less than a handful of times out of the 3 years i’ve lived near here. the only miss for me would be the staff’s lack of customer service. they’re not rude or disrespectful in any way. however, they don’t greet you with any pleasantries or make small talk. they are there strictly to get the job done and go. no more, no less. so while it’s not rude it’s also not pleasant but it does in fact get the job done.“

“moved to burleson in september and wendy’s is my favorite fast food chain so was super excited for this one so close to home, ive never had a bad experience with customer service always great, even with them allowing changes on salads (i prefer a spicy filet instead of grilled on my parm caesar salads and some wendy’s won’t do that) and tonight we decided to order out some nuggets, uber doesn’t have the ability to ask for ghost pepper ranch so we called the store to see if they could possibly put in some instead of the original sauce we asked for, the girl on the phone had no problem following through when she got the order and we received our sauce and delicious spicy nuggets ?“
