“Let me tell you we went to Kerrville about a month ago. Stopped on the way back home(Killeen) and got some fish. My mom talked about it for the whole month. Finally yesterday after work, I was able to take her again. She called when we were about 10 miles out ordering an 8 piece. Fish was hot and still on point. I almost want to go back today.“

I ordered our food being kind and courteous saying please and thank you and then was proceeded to be told "you don't have to F-ing (she said the word) yell at me bro" I was not yelling, but was speaking loudly so she could hear me over my loud vehicle. Either way, cursing at me was NOT necessary, especially with my children in the vehicle. I'm so disappointed in this company if this is their standard of customer service.“

Then today during happy hour I had the pleasure of A speedy and friendly service from a young man named Angel who is working himself into college to be a EMT! Fantastic Young man and service! “Had a hot fresh delicious sandwich. However, two of the three employees seemed unhappy. I couldn't discern if they were unhappy because of their job or personal life. I was not treated poorly. But I did notice or felt some sadness in them. Whatever the issues, all I could do was feel compassion for them and pray that whatever it is they will rise above it and overcome them. Blessings“

By far is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in.
My French fries are always hot. They were wonderful.
I like that the parking lot is always spotless. Really nice staff always happy and smiling.
But I wouldn't expect anything less from McDonald's in Burnet Texas.???“
