“I've worked for this establishment multiple times, & the owners of this place really are wonderful people... hands down one of THE BEST places here in Burnet ,TX (in my experience) to work for. They personally train all of their employees and really strive to obtain hard working and efficient staff; not only caring about customer feedback but from within as well. Their impact in this workplace is powerful and it's amazing. Great people all around! Plus the food is great! If you're looking for a friendly and clean place to dine-in to, Chicken Express is a good choice where you'll leave satisfied.“

“Just came to get some late night blizzards with my young kids. I ordered our food being kind and courteous saying please and thank you and then was proceeded to be told "you don't have to F-ing (she said the word) yell at me bro" I was not yelling, but was speaking loudly so she could hear me over my loud vehicle. Either way, cursing at me was NOT necessary, especially with my children in the vehicle. I'm so disappointed in this company if this is their standard of customer service.“

Then today during happy hour I had the pleasure of A speedy and friendly service from a young man named Angel who is working himself into college to be a EMT! Fantastic Young man and service! “Had a hot fresh delicious sandwich. However, two of the three employees seemed unhappy. I couldn't discern if they were unhappy because of their job or personal life. I was not treated poorly. But I did notice or felt some sadness in them. Whatever the issues, all I could do was feel compassion for them and pray that whatever it is they will rise above it and overcome them. Blessings“
