“We are always quick to complain but neglect giving credit when it is due. We love the Plaza and food, but nobody is perfect. We had an out-of-town guest who'd never eaten at the Plaza, so of course with our rave reviews we had to get takeout. The person who took our order was obviously in a hurry but did correctly repeat our order. We picked it up and on arriving home our guest did not get what was ordered. Disappointedly I called and "Tony" answered the phone. The result being Tony gave us a credit for what we should of had on our next order. We used it promptly a night later and all went well and was delicious. We want to tip our hat to Tony for handling this situation so well and maintaining our business while gaining a new customer. The Plaza is fortunate to have such a fine and credible employee!!”

I never send food back but unfortunately my eggs Benedict were over cooked & she noticed the disappointed look on my face and very kindly had them remade. They redid them and they were perfect! “My wife and I had the Prime Rib special, Mine was medium rare and hers was medium. Both were very tender and tasty. She liked the horseradish sauce, I preferred the au jus. Her vegetables were beside her cut and were crisp, mine turned out to be under my cut and were a bit mushy. Our service was excellent. For desert she had the raspberry Creme Brule, and I had the bread pudding. The serving size of the bread pudding was almost the size of a meal in itself and it was excellent. She said her Creme Brule was very good (but she wouldn't share). We ate in the standard seating downstairs, which was quiet, a little dark, but each table had a lamp with adjustable lighting.”

“We went there for dinner as a family, portions were big enough for leftovers! Potatoes were so good! Of course for the babies, we had to get ice cream for dessert, we got the cinnamon and pecan pie with cinnamon liege. Butter pecan is my absolute favorite. I love when they have the food truck out, to get some HOMEMADE ice cream.. Not that blue bell stuff. Good job Amanda! You’re killing it.”
