Just found out today the gas pumps are purely nostalgic. Closest station with gas is Lakeway in Oakridge on Hwy 82. So don't go to Callisburg without gas in the tank!“

“My kiddo wanted to try sushi. When we went in they immediately greeted us and seated us. They gave my son a balloon and were they nicest people. Service was excellent. The menu has so many items to choose from and I have no doubt they are all made very well. Our meal was delicious and my son who is only 6 even noticed and commented on great their service with stating it was the best restaurant he had ever been too. 10 out of 10 we recommend. From appetizer all the way to dessert it was well prepared and presented. We will now be regulars.“

“I had a hunch this place was the real deal the moment I stepped out of my truck. The aroma of freshly smoked meat mixed with sweet and tangy BBQ flavor inundated the gravel parking lot. A scent so overwhelmingly captivating, I couldn’t help but follow it to its source. I walked through the front doors of 902 and was immediately greeted by a charismatic waiter who promptly served us drinks. The menu was concise, yet powerful. Along with the atmosphere, all menu items complemented a cold beer and a sports game. I went with the brisket grilled cheese sandwich, served on 100% USDA Texas Toast. Mouthwatering is an understate, to say the least. After I consumed my fair share in cheesy caloric delight, the owner came out and greeted us with a warm smile, and freshly smoked chicken. My favorite part about this establishment is its commitment to keeping things simple, yet refining its craft through friendly employees, quality ingredients, and a home town feel. I look forward to my next visit.“

“Great burger on a road trip. We stopped on the way to Austin. It’s a small restaurant with just 4-5 tables inside next to a gas station. The burgers were delicious. Onion rings were crispy. I had never had a fried pie before. We spilt a cherry and coconut cream. Delicious. Would recommend.“

“If you’re into eating real Hispanic Type Food every other day like this white man. El Tapatio is the best in Gainesville Tx all the way to Nocona, Tx. El Tapatio offers quality food, good service unlike the others in the area! Plus I keep their cooking equipment repairs now for over a year, and NO BUGS gotten in my way yet! “Enjoyed breakfast at the Teerace Cafe this morning and was pleasantly surprised. I saw some of the older reviews and almost passed, but I can say I am glad I didn't. Both my husband and I completely enjoyed our food. He had the All American breakfast and I had the Western omelet. Both were cooked to perfection! We are typically very picky eaters so if we say it's good then it's good. We would 100% recommend this place for a great breakfast meal. The dining area is clean, well organized, and not cramped. The chandeliers and round booths add an upper scale ambience.“

“I'm not sure why the place has such low ratings online, the Pizza is very good the only issue with it is it's a bit greasy, also the plates their served on are very cheap paper plates which aren't very reliable. Also the crust on the pizza is a bit overcooked but for me that isn't really a problem, but if you don't like overcooked crust then this pace probably isn't for you, overall it's worth it though. The service was alright too, yeah they're not the best staff ever but they know what they're doing. The restaurant itself is also really nice and most if not all the tables were clean, the only dirty part about it was the floor which there was kind of a nasty floor as if it wasn't cleaned for a few days, but it wasn't that bad and I have seen worse, also the pricing is alright, you get a pretty big pizza for $28 and I had food credit so it wasn't super overpriced.“

“Omgosh the food here is sooo good and fresh! I usually order the fish & shrimp combo, always cooked perfectly served nice & hot and quickly. We live in Central Texas and our trips to Winstar aren’t only for the entertainment they are just as much for a trip to Chips ‘N Ales!“
