“My family and I have been going here for YEARS. Today after driving over an hour to visit my sons grave at the cemetery we came for our usual food. There was a VERY obnoxious lady who spoke so LOUD that everyone could hear her. For a "Family" restaurant the staff, even the manager would not say or do anything. She is one of their regulars and she is white. I am white as well but she was throwing racial slurs, talking about abortions, affairs and dead babies. There were very small children around. One family had to get up and walk out leaving food untouched. This lady, we will call her Kansas City Chiefs white trash, kept downing drink after drink requesting extra vodka. I learned all about her son and daughter and how disappointed she was. As soon as she got to the dead babies part I had to leave with my 10 year old. She was THAT loud. My friend told her maybe she should not be as loud to which she cussed her out and told her "HER PRESIDENT says it is ok". Sit at the bar next time lady. You triggered me and made me sad for your family. I have never done a review like this but since obviously management is too scared to say something I will. And Kansas City lady if you see this, you owe my son and I an apology. Thanks for ruining our trip to see my mom and sons grave.“

“We have driven by here numerous time driving from Oklahoma into Texas always saying that next time that we drove by we would have to give this place a try. There’s always seems to have lots of vehicles there. Today as we passed by we decided to turn around. NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL! Prices excellent. The 16oz ribeye was awesome and service was very attentive. Highly recommend & will definitely be back.“

Ryan was our waiter and helped me pick a meal I could have and helped communicate with the kitchen staff about my dietary restrictions. Cannot wait to be off this diet and then I'm going back. My mom and nephew loved the spinach artichoke dip so that's definitely on my list for my next visit.“

“So good,I didn't know this was boomer jacks it just said boomers outside,had I known we wouldn't have gone ,lucky we didn't know.Last time we had Boomer Jacks in Frisco it was awful everything was just not good.This location was by far so different, service was great,drinks were great,food was incredible everyone was so kind.The whole vibe was just so great,it was actually my husband's birthday and we had drove to Denton to shop for a little bit and ended up at Boomers,by reading a review on Reddit about a good burger at Boomers so there we landed . Everything was perfect we definitely picked the right place,even other patrons were kind it felt like a small town friendly restaurant but in a big city. “Took my dad there for his first visit. Food was good and tasty however, his salmon was a bit overcooked and a lil dry bit he liked it nonetheless. Service was good and it was sweet to take a couple complimentary croissants home. They make for a sweetl delicious treat. Don't forget to tip your servers. Now, go get your grub on.“

“Just got out of Alamo for a late night showing of Toy Story 5. I was the only one in the theater, which was great because I didn’t embarrass myself for how emotional the film made me. I’ve been a season pass subscriber for as long as they’ve had it, minus here and there. I’ve absolutely hated the measures Sony has taken to remove the personal aspect of the cinema experience while putting more pressure on the employees. I miss the old days. But I wanted to commend my server for their performance tonight. Not only was she extra chipper on an evening where I’m sure they weren’t making much money, but she reminded me of how the Alamo experience used to be. I’m sure the new format of the business puts all kinds of stress on the employees (I’ve been in similar situations), so to still see joy for the job, that’s applaudable. Especially in an era where so many people are cynical. Bravo!“

“We go here every time we visit my mother, Robin, in Denton, at least once a year, sometimes twice. We have the same waitress every time. She is always smiling and pleasant to talk to. The food is great every time we go. The sushi is pretty good for all you can eat. With tax the bill for 3 adult dinners was $60.“
