“We had a great experience all around tonight at the Angry Crab Shack. We were greeted at the door with at smile and seated immediately. Syd, our server, was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great suggestions. Our food was served quickly. The portion size was good , and it was hot and delicious. The blackened catfish had terrific flavor a little kick with an Asian flare. We loved it! We will definitely be back. Love having good seafood nearby.“

“Love this place. The selection is really nice for a small setting taco place. Staff is always friendly. For being so small, we rarely if ever wait for seating. Service is usually quick if you're in a hurry. Location is in a good area. Overall 100% recommend if you're looking for a tasty taco place.“

“Great Mexican seefood cocktail. Update December 18 2025. Took sisters to try this place. I told them that it reminded me when we used to eat shrimp coctails in Juarez. They both liked the cocktails. My wife and I had the Campechana. I like it because of the octopus and oysters. I truly recommend it.“

“Got the Diabla fish fillet platter, which was very good. It's a lot of food, with a delicious soup, salad, potatoes, excellent arroz, and beans. Fish was cooked well, not overdone. The salsa Diabla was tasty and fairly hot, with bacon mixed in with peppers. The fresh limonada was refreshing. Service was good. Daily lunch specials. Would go back. The shrimp cocktail looked great.“

“Was absolutely the most fun night out I've had In a long time. Our server, Alex, was attentive, invested, and was entertaining with a fantastic sense of humor. Food was fantastic! Great experience all around.“
“Honestly I didn't even know if you can get food there, I just got some drinks and a lot of fun after a hard week in colege. I can certainly affirm that I would go back to this place. At some point the DJ messed up with the music, but he fixed quick letting all of us vibe around the night.
Generally speaking, a good place to go with friends and more if you are a student.“

“I placed a pickup order with FAVOR an hour before they closed. My FAVOR order was canceled. Yvonne's told the driver it was a system issue with FAVOR and it was declining all cards however the message from my app says that Yvonne's was closed and wouldn't fill the order So let me get this straight. Is it Favor or Yvonne's? FAVOR messaged me that FAVOR put a hold on my card that won't be released for a few days. NOW, I have no dinner and a hold on my card. I will not order from Yvonne's ever again. If the restaurant is closed they shouldn't have accepted the order, however, I looked up their hours of operation and they close at 9. I also looked at my bank account and Favor didn't have an issue taking the money out of my account. Seems to me that Yvonne's lacks an ability to deliver customer service and didn't want to fill the order. I could maybe understand if I had walked in the restaurant to sit down and eat at 15 min to close but I ordered to go an hour before close!! I won't be trying it again and I won't be recommending it to anyone either.“

We started our dining experience with the caviar and a glass of wine from their expansive wine cellar collection and it was amazing! “On Wednesday night I participated in my first porn shoot. Food porn that is. 😂. Evaga Desert Kitchen (agave backwards) which is located behind The Elmont and adjacent to the water park in The Montecillo hosted a food tasting which turned out to be the biggest orgy of flavors in my 48yrs of life. To start off I had the Compressed Watermelon topped with goat cheese and almonds. They take a large chunk of watermelon and compress it so as the remove the air and allow for a flesh that is both savory, and tremendously juicy. The goat cheese added a nice zesty and sour contrast to the sweetness of the watermelon. I didn’t know goats made cheese but they’ve replaced the memonitas as my favorite cheese makers. Next up was the crab cakes. A mixture of potato and crab sautéed with arugula and topped with a delicious chipotle aioli. The cake was crunchy on the outside and tender, meaty and delicious on the inside. Definitely the kinda crabs you would be grateful to receive ❤️❤️❤️ And then came the entreès. First up the Arrachera served with broccolini, potato’s and carrots. If not prepared correctly skirt steak can be tough and chewy due to all the connective tissue. Well this particular steak was nothing of the sort. The Arrachera was soft and tender, taking only about two or three chews with eat chew bursting with flavor. Basically it’s a party in your mouth and nobody’s calling the cops this time. The veggies were good. But they’re sidekicks, they’re Robin to the Arracheras Batman. Enough said. Next up was my absolute favorite. The Margarita Pizza. Yes the pizza was my favorite, and no I’m not a 12yr old child. I honestly do not eat a lot of pizza. If you look on my page you might only see one pizza review, EVER! . Pizza is just not my thing. But the Margarita was my favorite because of the incredibly fresh ingredients and how refreshing each bite was. The pizza consists of fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, basil and a drizzled with a nice balsamic vinaigrette. Fresh ingredients are heavenly, and that’s truly what this pizza was. The fresh mozz was a perfect combination of saltiness, chewiness and flavor. The pizza was basically a caprese on a delicious thin crust. And I love caprese to by the way. The simplicity, freshness, and out of this world flavor are what made this pizza my absolute favorite dish of the night. The Creation of Adam, The Mona Lisa, and Starry Night are all considered masterpieces by the artistic world. Well on Wednesday night Chef Freedom painted several masterpieces worthy of The Louvre. His energy and talent breathe a fresh air of excitement to El Paso’s foodie scene. Be sure to take advantage of his talents while he’s still here. It’s just a matter of time til the big cities come beckoning. And as always remember to always support local over national #supportlocal“

“We tried this restaurant today for the first time. The food was great. It was all fresh and tasty with loads of choices. The only thing I would add is they should serve the hot horseradish mustard, but everything else was extra delicious! I would recommend this restaurant. The prices were great too!!“

For two on trays, two beers and a desert plus tip. I walked out of a Canutillo restaurant,Paying a $70+$10tip = A WOPPING $80. That's CRAZY!.“
