Disappointed by the terrible management at this location. While a long line was forming, the manager spent his time arguing with employees right in front of everyone at the front counter instead of stepping in to help.
When I finally caught his attention just to ask for salt and pepper, he told me to wait a minute, walked away, and never returned. Completely unprofessional service and zero respect for customers' time.

Good BK joint
I pulled up 15 mins before close and they still took care of our meals with care and our food was hot and fresh. Order was made correctly and very courteous.
