“Randomly drove by this place this morning and saw a bagels sign. Bagels sounded good, so we stopped in. In the display, I saw this cream cheese and garlic stuffed bagel. At the same time, they were handing out samples of this. I had the sample, then got the bagel. This was the best bagel I've had in my entire life. The owner and staff were very nice. The owner seems very passionate about what he does, and it shows in the product. This will be a regular stop for my wife and I on the weekends.“
“Sara's Deli is a nice hole in the wall place that has a great take on classic breakfast foods and brunch sandwiches with exceptional customer service. The people behind the counter/register are very kind and like to talk to their customers, which is very sweet of them. I love that my job is quite literally around the corner from this place because it's a great spot for a cheap little breakfast platter or sandwich. Little gems like this place are really hard to find nowadays, which is why I try to come here whenever I have a strong breakfast craving. Give this place a try and enjoy the food along with the pleasant service. Just please be patient if you find about 1 - 3 people max behind the counter. You'll enjoy it. “Eating lunch here is an employee’s chef’s kiss. Mr. Ho and Mrs. Kim are always friendly and helpful, even down to helping you choose a menu item. Prices are a bit on the high end, but for the convenience and flavor portfolio, I’d say it’s worth it. I love the baked potato and the fridge is always fully stocked with variety of selections. I never feel like I’m bothering Mr. Ho when asking for a receipt once I pay. Will visit again and again, as long as I am working at ES2!!“

“This first time dining in at the Coppell Deli & Grill. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. I ordered a catfish dinner with fries, it was cooked perfectly. The fish batter on the fish was light and crispy. The tater tots were so so good!! We always ordered Fried Chicken dinner and the chicken was crispy and juicy and that gravy was delicious. The bacon cheeseburger was also cooked beautifully. As someone only passing through Coppell, TX this is a definite must try. “I’m always been weary of restaurants with the name “New York” in them, as they usually turn out not to be very much like NY at all. I finally gave in when a tempting deal popped up on a food app. NY Sub exceeded my expectations in every way - the flavor was exceptional and the portion of meat was generous. My husband (a New Yorker himself) said, “There is NO reason these subs should be this good.” ? The atmosphere leaned more toward Chicago but it still worked. “Had the pastrami Reuben, pastrami was excellent, nice and moist with great flavor, reminiscent of the great NY delis. The side pickle was crunchy and tart. Rye bread is just the vessel for the meat and kraut.Service is counter style with self service water, utensils, etc, but the lowest default tip is set at 18%, thus the 3 stars for service.Would go back, but the price ends up being a little steep after the 18% tip, especially for self service.“

The shop owners are extremely sweet and the sandwiches are excellent!I wanted to do a banh mi charcuterie board for lunar new year and they were wonderful helping me estimate how much food would be appropriate for the amount of people and the best way to arrange the boards. They also offered to cut all the sandwiches into 3 parts for me to help out!!!Wonderful shop that goes above and beyond!!! Highly recommend!!!“
